Course seems like pretty good but when it comes to customer service. Its very poor.

In the past I have sent couple of queries but no One ever responded not I can not be able to access my premium French language course.

Could you please resolve the issue as soon as possible .

I really like the fact that it gives you time to go back through the lessons that you need to review. I've tried Duolingo, and it just doesn't get me to a point where i feel like i'm learning anything more than "The cat and the boy." Thanks Rocket French! :D

I just bought Rosetta Stone and realized after a week, I could not speak French. I really was not learning how to converse. I bought the Rocket and had a full conversation with my French speaking friend after two days. Even he was shocked!! This is great!

I plan to go to Paris next year and want to be able to have some conversation or understand something and this has been great. I play it in my car, chat with the tapes, do it at home. Etc.

**Please fix the voice/tape thing -- it never works, I always sound like a Chipmunk when I record my voice.

Love this program. I especially love the record it feature. I was a little slow in reviewing the demo to find I could move the waves around and do simultaneous playback. That has helped my pronunciation immensely!! I also like that I can skip around, go back, forward etc without being forced into a lock-step format. I have already recommended this program to friends and enjoy my daily studies. Also appreciate the forum, which initially scared me but found I could do a language mix and still read and be understood by others. What a great way to practice!! Since the program is self-pacing, I don't feel rushed and the introduction of new words doesn't overwhelm me. Great program!!!

I enjoy every minute learning with Rocket. Especially, I can walk or wait for something or even do the dishes- and learn. Paul and Clare are so charming, their pronunciation is perfect. For the first time learning new language is relaxing and fast.

Great support team. Attitude and availability of support team makes a very significant difference in motivating the student to learn a new language (like French in my case). My experience is that a teacher (or a course support team) impacts directly student's success in completing a course.

A great value for learning a new language. I used Rocket Languages to try and learn some basic French before I took a vacation to Paris. It was a complete success and was able to order food, buy items, ask for directions, and engage is basic conversation (my name is, how are you, etc.) during my stay. It is definitely worth a try and I recommend the program.

I've bought the course over two years ago and I was on it on and off by my own choice/lack of time. I moved to France, then covid happened next week. Now that I've finished uni I finally have time to do it with more consistency. I do one lesson every day with additional reading or phone apps. The course is great as it gives you reading, writing, speaking and listening experience. The exercises at the end of each lesson are a big help to memorize new words and grammar. For me it sometimes takes over 2h to do one full lesson with making my own notes and practice, so the price of the course is fair I think. It's very well constructed. Pleasant and easy to follow if you're determined.

This program trains your ear to hear the words as they actually sound in French. The tests help with this portion of the program, which is difficult without actually being in a French-speaking country.

Just by using the free trial of the Korean language program I learned so much about the language and the culture of Korea. I had previously used the French program five years ago, and thanks to Rocket Languages I am fluent on French. Because of how successful the program was, I decided to learn Korean with Rocket Languages. I will be buying the full version soon!
