Great support team. Attitude and availability of support team makes a very significant difference in motivating the student to learn a new language (like French in my case). My experience is that a teacher (or a course support team) impacts directly student's success in completing a course.

Rocket Languages is an easy fun interactive tool that makes language learning so easy. I find Spanish so easy thanks to Mauricio and Amy. I have improved my Spanish learning skills in a short span of time. I would definitely recommend Rocket Spanish to new language learners.

Too many words introduced at a time to be able to truly memorize them. Lessons progress too quickly without real review on what has previously been taught. Need a way to review flashcards from all completed lessons in one spot. No response from customer service when a question asked.

it doesn't pick up what you say and it sometimes just says the wrong thing even though its nearly indistinguishable from the prompt

I have tried many French language self-learning courses and Rocket French is the only French language self-learning software that I would recommend. The audio quality is top-notch, the course contexts are well-designed, and the follow-up from the Customer Service is also very friendly.
