Rocket French Reviews

The grading system is all over the place. They have a colour coded system that is meant to reflect proficiency but it patently doesn't correspond with any of the lessons. I completed all the modules available, everything was correct but the colour coded system gave me 1 green tick and 4 yellow symbols. It makes no sense.

I asked for an explanation for this but the response made little sense too.

I think somewhere in the Rocket system is a great app waiting to break out but it is currently too cumbersome which is a pity.

They ask users to write something awesome, they are assuming people think the app is awesome when it isn't yet.

Good review of basics and builds on it for more advanced learning. Only been at it for a week, but excited to see what I will learn more. Some of the audio does not match with what I say. I double check with Google Translate and it doesn't not work( Première, Deuxième, Troisième, etc), However based on reviews that I read, it seems to have gotten better!

UMMMMM FIRST OF ALL IT WON'T LET ME DO OTHER LESSONS BECAUSE I'M JUST DOING THE FREE PART - IT ADVERTISES THAT IT'S FREE - A COMPLETE TRICK!!!! OUTRAGEOUS! IT DOESN'T TEACH YOU PROPERLY - IT TELLS YOU TO REPEAT THE STATEMENT/QUESTION AND THAT'S IT!!! NOTHING ELSE! I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND NOT LEARNING FRENCH FROM THIS HORRIBLE WEBSITE - I WOULD SUGGEST NOT EVEN LOOKING AT THIS WEBSITE!!! A SCAM, I TELL YOU!

What I like about this course is the great emphasis given to pronunciation, since it is so difficult to speak french. But Paul greatly annoys me in those introduction audios to each lesson, because he talks too much...!! He's such a time consumer... I tend to keep jumping many "ten seconds" to dig into the proper french..

This is so good in school I was the cleverest in the whole school because of this helpful app I always go on it and i learn different languages each week so THANK YOU

Je suis tres content avec le course francais, mais cette ce le commence. Je adore apprendre langues et Je espere parler et ecouter tres bien le francais.

It's a fine course. It's easy and gets you working on it each day. Nevertheless, the whole program is not that advanced. I was looking for something that can take me from B1 to C or so.

I have only had it one day and love it already. I'm looking forward to my journey.
