The accent of the french canadian is not correct and there are mulitple mistakes

very fun really helped i think that the price is very high though because i am only a child and i do not have that sort of money

This course literally replaces physical French tutors. With a good headphone and microphone, one is good to go. Bravo Rocket French

The interface is pretty clean and easy to use. But some of the voice recognition doesn't work for unknown reasons, and this is what a french buddy of mine trying it out as well.

The software can have some difficulty picking up on particular short sounds unique to the French language. But don't worry; we're here to help! I can read French and chose Rocket French because I needed to learn how to pronounce the language correctly and acquire conversational skills for an upcoming visit to France. The course meets these needs and is well structured; words and grammar from early lessons come back in later ones to reinforce what I've learned (or forgotten). The phone app is especially valuable because it uses speech recognition to grade my pronunciation and catch my errors; I wish the browser version did this as well.
The user interface makes it easy for me to report problems and the staff is very responsive in either referring them to the development team or clarifying things I misunderstood.

I like that I can listen AND see the words but I really, really wish the speaker's buttons worked better so that I could hear the phrase repeatedly, once for each click.

I like this program because it touches all the bases (reading, writing, listening and speaking), introduces very usable vocabulary from the start and I really like the cultural and grammar part. The storyline is entertaining.
The only thing that I don't like is the sound quality in the exercises, I have to replay the words/sentences nearly every time because of the stuttering playback. The second time is perfect.

pretty easy to follow and complete course, I love it so far. I would only like for the voice recognition to be a little more accurate and to have random automatic repetition of the lessons to recap previous concepts.

So far so good. I like the diversity of approaches - grammar, vocabulary, cards, writing what you hear, speaking... The voice recognition is an important part of the course and is great when it works. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the time it does not - on random occasions it can not detect any sound. And I am not sure what to say about the customer service, I don't know how to access that feature.
