I like that I can do it in my own time rather than being locked into lessons at a set time. It is also good that you can keep coming back to review the lessons even if you have done them a while ago. The layout has improved and I now find it much easier to navigate around the site

So far, so good. I've tried other online language learning tools and was VERY frustrated with how they taught things. But so far with Rocket French, things are going better. I like how I can mix things up a little...like listen to the vocab before I listen to the lesson. That helps me prepare for the lesson. Hopefully, Rocket French will help me get where I want to be.

Rocket French is an excellent product. My greatest struggle (to date) is understanding spoken French. Rocket French does a much better job with this than other platforms. I also really like the lifetime ownership.

Something to improve is the voice recognition. It doesn't work all that well, and is often frustrating. Other than that, great product.

Languages are already hard enough without a proper learning structure in place. And most learning is usually just teaching you phrases. I like the Rocket Language system because it combines audio, written and other forms to get you going. Like any system there will be flaws, but there are always improvements and overall it’s a system that I would be happy to recommend.

It's a fine course. It's easy and gets you working on it each day. Nevertheless, the whole program is not that advanced. I was looking for something that can take me from B1 to C or so.

Great and very good software platform to learn French from scratch.

I would appreciate a lot if you could record videos to explain grammar and languages rules by your teachers. It would also be fantastic to have videos instead of just audio files about conversations.

At last, I would appreciate a clearer path to know exactly what to do each day ("way of fools"...).

With that you would have 5 stars without hesitate. The best software platform I've seen to learn a language.

I like everything so far on the trial membership, except for the "rating" task that forces you to rate each word of the flashcards. It's tedious and who knows how to categorize each word anyways? The modules are fun!

I am still brand new using Rocket French, but very impressed so far. The mike does not work, but no biggie as I am fine without it. I found it a little annoying that right after I purchased Rocket French there was a sales pitch to buy the more advanced course, and the price changed when I did not respond to the first request. Sorry, but I always find this annoying. I love the course though! There are so many different options for learning, which is great! I just completed the first three lessons, and I am already hearing French words and sentences in my head when I am not working on the course - which is great. Thank you for Rocket French; later this year I also plan to purchase Rocket Spanish. J'adore apprendre!

I've just started using the program but so far I am very pleased. I'll be able to critique it better once I move further along in the course.
Are you likely to buy again is one star because I only want the French course, so I won't be purchasing another, and Customer Service is one star because I've had no contact with anyone. So the one stars are not an indication of anything bad.
I have found the course enjoyable and I am looking forward to learning French. I also am fortunate to have a friend who is a native French speaker to guide me along the way.
