I highly recommend Rocket! This program is super engaging and covers all the bases of learning a new language. I'm just finishing up Level 1 of Rocket Italian and have already learned so much.

Although it took me a whole year to get into a habit of using it, I am finally practicing regularly and progressing faster (lockdown meant no more excuses!).

I realized after some time that the timezone was probably set by default to the USA and I couldn't understand why I kept losing my streak even though I was practicing daily. This was initially de-motivating until I discovered I could change my settings very easily and changed the country to New Zealand.

The exercises are well designed to cover the key language areas and I find the system helps cement vocabulary really well. More quiz questions per lesson would be welcome and maybe more diversity of exercise type!

I believe app learning is a good way to get initial exposure to a new language and get a basic foundation in order to sign up to a class with other humans or take a trip overseas. I am confident that after a year of regular Rocket Italian I might be able to go for a level assessment at a language institute and skip the basic levels. I'm very happy with my purchase - it was a good investment and is worth every cent.

Great program so far! I'm about halfway done with Level 1 and I am incredibly pleased with the course so far. Both of the instructors have an excellent pace, and the focus on audio with cultural lessons is very effective for me. With other language-learning in school, there was a heavy focus on reading and writing, which is important, but actually speaking the language and learning how to pick our words and phrases you know helps to reenforce the learning effectively.

Rocket Languages' approach to language learning is quite different to that of the typical academic setting. Rocket languages gets you learning practical phrases immediately, giving you an immediate sense of positive progress. It's exactly what you need if you're traveling and need to get some basics down in a hurry.

I learn better when I understand the background of my subject. To that end, Rocket Italian explains the rules and irregularities of the Italian language, a nice contrast to programs that teach you only by correcting errors you make while learning, and without any explanation as to why you made the mistake.

In one week of Rocket Italian I've learned some things I didn't know after studying the language for years. That alone makes it well worth the price. I do recommend Rocket Italian.

Enjoy learning a new language and Rocket Languages makes it easy. You are able to learn on your own time and I would recommend this program to anyone wishing to learn a second language whether for pleasure or to further enhance their career.

I originally joined Rocked Italian as I was going to Italy for a holiday. The vacanza is over but I want to continue learning Italian online. Rocket Italian is enjoyable and a great way to keep the brain sharp. Amo Rocket Italian.

Why do I want to learn Italian??
I asked my self so many times that question and didn't figure it out .
Finally I realized that I love that language so much and can never get it out of my head .
Rocket Italian was helpful for me, especially with that wonderful woman ( Maria Dilorenzi ) .

Enjoying Rocket Italian. The flow of the lessons is good. Both the website and the iOS apps are quite good. There are some minor usability issues worth noting. 1. I can't find a way to speed up the recorded lessons which would be helpful for me as I have some background in the language so the early lessons could be moved through faster. 2. The flow of the testing on the web pages is a little confusing. Not clear when you've finished a section and when you haven't. As such, the badges don't appear as completed when I think I have done so. All that being said, I'm learning a lot and enjoying the product. Glad I bought it.
