I find Alessando’s dumbing down side comments unnecessary and interrupts concentration. Childish, tedious and unprofessional. Thank you.
You know, I've been studying italian with rocket italian for just 30 min approx. And I love it! It's awesome. Well done.
This was an amazing experience until the 2021 update, which reformatted all of my notes, and pretty much trashed a year of work. UGH.

Hi Lee - We fixed the issues you were having. It is all sorted now!
I need a lot more practice! Can't figure how to answer the flash card section. I will keep trying to figure it out! I will review again

Hi Peggy - For instructions on how to use the Flashcards, click the help icon next to the title!
Generally the best language software I have found, but I have two gripes:
1. the level 2 courses have identical dialogue in Italian and French, which makes them so much more boring the second time around
2. There is no reduction in the quantity of english as the level increases. The program should phase out the use of English through level 2 and it should be almost entirely absent in level 3 in my opinion. For this reason I will not buy another level 3 course.

Hi Tim - Thanks for the review. The Italian and French Interactive Audio lesson conversations courses are similar but not identical. The Italian/French gets more complicated as you go up the levels. Also, the Language & Culture lessons for Levels 2 & 3 are about to be fully revamped within the next 2 months.
Just getting through the free lesson, so far, so good.
Great way to learn a new language! The pace is very approachable and the instructors do a great job of showing you a slow pace and natural pace.
I am impressed with the amount of content I quickly picking up! However, I just wish there was a way I could practice my conversation skills, directly.
Only other feature I wish was included was some sort of podcast/media content that you could just listen to on commutes. No need for testing/flashcards from it, but just additional "listening time" about culture and specific grammar mistakes.
I am very pleased with the program. Very well organized and gives a variety of ways to practice and assess one's progress.
I am old enough to remember having to go to a language lab on campus and listen to the tapes there. Of course, nothing interactive available.
Early days yet. I can read Italian, more-or-less, because I learned Latin up to A-Level and speak reasonable French and basic Spanish. But the Rocket course, so far, looks like what I need if we're going to fulfill our ambition of renting an apartment in Venice for two or three months in 2022. You can't just go and live in another country on the basis that you'll shout at the locals in English.
As to the star ratings, however, there should be a category for 'Not applicable'. Having bought Rocket Italian I don't need to buy it again and I haven't yet had need of customer service - so I'm giving those one star.
Very interactive course. Precise and complete, unlike other courses has a lot of grammar.
