I've learned way more than with other programs. I love how much opportunity there is to practice and review AND...you can control what you are studying and reviewing. Other programs will offer you 30 words you know to get maybe one or two you didn't and still not offer some of the others you hoped to review. With Rocket Italian there is much more conversational listening and speaking offered in ways that seem to me more sensible. By sensible, I mean in ways that seem to enable it to "stick" more effectively. Lots of repetition and reinforcement. Best of all, I am actually enjoying using this program. I highly recommend Rocket Italian (and I would imagine any Rocket Language) course!

Customer service is N/A, as I didn't interact. I do have a recommendations... You should clarify the "formal" vs. "informal" use of "essere" and then label the "you" in phrases like "Di dove sei/siete/e?" accordingly. You could say, "Where are you (formal) from?" or "Where are you (plural) from?". It was confusing to answer and, more importantly, confusing to learn / understand the difference. Otherwise, great job!

We normally demarcate formality, plurality, and gender with notations you'll find on the top right of each relevant phrase in the testing activities. This language program is absolutely fantastic. It has been developed with so much forethought. The information is delivered in an easy to consume manner and reinforced with fun lessons. I look forward to practicing everyday. I have already recommended it to all the mature aged students who are going to class with me to learn Italian. Well done to the Platform Developers.
Thus far I am enjoying Rocket. I really like the explanations of why certain words are they way they are. It helps me understand the language.
