It is a great app to use for quick and easy learning of a new language. I wish, however, that the price was a little better for students.

Although the price may be a barrier for students, it is worth noting that unlike many other subscription based services we offer full lifetime access to the course and all updates for one payment (or six instalments). That's lovely to hear, Jannis! Both past and present experts have put a lot of work into creating courses that are effective and genuinely useful to learners, so it's great to hear you're getting a lot out of them.
I love the Italian course. It is hard to learn Italian, even though my native language is Spanish (we share feminine and masculine), but a lot of words are so different. I'll try my best. Thank you! I just would like to suggest something new in your website: It will be great if we can have a real time chat to ask questions and get the answers right away, instead of waiting for somebody to answer by email.

You're absolutely right, learning a new language can be a challenge, but give yourself time and we're confident that you'll get the hang of it. As for your question about a chat, we actually have a similar feature called the "Forum," which is located in the tools section. The great thing about this feature is that the responses are from linguistic experts who know the language inside and out. Feel free to post any language questions that pop up in there. All the best!
Great course even if for non English native speakers it all is based on English as a starting point. The only thing I am missing is a enhanced vocabulary section where they could be learned and tested more sophisticated together across multiple parts of the course.

Thanks so much for your review, Hans. Regarding testing, it sounds as though you would find the Benchmark and Rocket Certification tests helpful. You will find them in the Tools section of the course. All the best with your language learning.
I am really pleased with Rocket and after years of modest progress with Duolingo this course is well worth the money. It is so much more flexible and has multiple learning styles which is great. Top notch!!!

I signed up for Rocket to learn Italian, and learn it quickly. So far, so good! I appreciate the useful phrases as well as the approach to vocabulary. They use a mix of words that are both similar to as well as completely different to their English equivalent. I also like how they use repetition, without making it seem repetitious :) I feel like I am learning proper pronunciation, spelling and understanding with this program!

So far, I am just starting but I am really loving the course. It is easy for me to engage and understand.
I love Rocket Languages for their simple forthright teaching method and ease of participation. I am currently 80 years young and studying Italian and Spanish. I look forward to beginning Latin next year. I took German for two years about 10 years ago.
