Rocket French is fun, easy to use, very thorough and contains a large amount of content for practice and improvement. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's an amazing method! I take it everywhere I go, you can really make the program go in your pace and fit it to your strengths and weaknesses. Very well thought of. Useful for whoever wants just to visit or like me to really get to know the language and culture.

Rocket French is a captivating online course. It is well planned and each lesson is built up in a progression. I am always excited to listen to what happens next in the next lesson. The Rocket approach to teaching a foreign language, improving conversational French in my case, makes the process a pleasure to follow. There is great variety of subjects covered in different teaching ways, and I think the recording options are an excellent way to test your progress. My accent and confidence have improved and it makes me keen to use what I have learnt in public.

Rocket's approach also makes it so easy to go back and review any lesson / subject at any time, and the use of My Vocab and Notes means you can keep a permanent record of those words and phrases you find tricky to remember. This is one of the tools that every French learner should have, it has kept me interested to learn it, and I have noticed how well I can keep a conversation and read articles in this language, thanks to that I have more friends who are French speakers. Thanks Rocket Languages and keep improving your tools, I love them!

Just to put things into context, I completed Rosetta Stone a few years ago and at the end of it, I knew a lot of nouns, phrases, and partial sentences, but couldn't string together a handful of sentences together into any kind of meaningful conversation. Suffice it to say, as a cinephile and avid traveler, I had aspired to a proficiency level somewhat higher than a Francophone toddler.

Now that I've almost completed Premium Level (already have Premium Plus and Platinum on tap), I'm definitely picking up a lot more nuances in film dialogues, and I am also more confident about my pronunciation. The Rocket Reviews are really useful in getting you to think about the different variations and syntaxes that you can apply to the lesson you've just completed.

The Language and Culture modules have a lot of substance to them, and hopefully, they can be deeper integrated into the Interactive Audio modules. As a specific example, the 'Putting Things Together' lessons were exactly what I was looking for in terms of having the facility/vernacular to string together phrases into a coherent sentence without guessing the applicable joinders (like "by the way", or "nevermind") by translating English terms word for word and hope that they use a similar expression in French.

I have tried a lot of language apps and this is the best. Its worth paying for as the many free apps have little structure. The app really helps with tricky pronunciation and I love being able to record and play back and compare. I use this app on my Ipad, Android phone, desktop and laptop and it all keeps in sync. Well done Rocket.
