I love Rocket Languages because they tell one upfront that the Arabic they teach is Egyptian. Other more expensive programs do not tell you that. That's important because no one wants to learn a language that they can't use.
The content is good, but it is difficult to go through the lesson because Erica's voice is so annoying. It is also a bit frustrating when they give you so much time to repeat the words/phrases slowly, but not enough time to repeat the words/phrases quickly. I really do want to do all the lessons, but Erica is auditory hell

Hi Evelyn, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you are not enjoying the voice of our Rocket Arabic host. All your feedback has been passed on to the Arabic team to review. All the best!
Rocket Languages is the best way to learn a language, right after having a personal tutor. The lessons are interactive, there a lot of tools at your disposal and it is very easy to track your progress.
Arabic was the first language my son and I started learning through Rocket Languages, and we love it so much that I also purchased Rocket Spanish a few months ago. We started homeschooling last month, and whenever someone in the homeschool community asks for recommendation on studying a foreign language, I give a glowing review of Rocket and direct them to this site. I really love the way the alphabet, vowels, and numbers are covered. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful tool!
The program is fun and keeps my attention. I am usually not very good at languages but this program is helping me to learn quickly and correctly. I would recommend this program to anyone that is looked to learn a new language or a master an existing one
I have to admit listening and practicing speaking Hindi on rocket languages has given me a fast way to learn very common phrases requires to get around using Hindi and even memorize individual worlds very quickly! I plan on learning Arabic on here now because of the success I've had with Hindi on here.
Loving it. Being a language teacher myself I was very skeptical with the course but decided to give it a try.
I am now so in love with it that even though I have not yet finished the first module, I am already begging you guys to release the Intermediate level!
There is just one thing though, the Arabic letters in the writing tests could be larger as well the virtual keyboard - the writing is so tiny that I need magnifying lenses to read it. Apart from that, perfect.
Thanks Amira and team!

We will look into the font size!
I am grateful to my Arabic instructor Ustez Ibrahim for introducing me to Rocket! It has been quite helpful to me as I am learning Arabic. I am confident that within the next few months I will be able to speak, read and write Arabic quite well. I recommend Rocket languages to anyone trying to learn a foreign language!
I'm just starting, but already this course is getting me excited about learning. The teaching style is easy to understand, and I enjoy the flow of conversation, and pacing of the course in general.
After purchasing Rocket Arabic I immediately went and bought Rocket German and Rocket American Sign Language. So far I'm very happy with all three, and am excited to have unfettered access to this massive wealth of learning material.
Listening to the audio lessons is very boring. You hear someone saying something in Arabic, and then they tell you what it is in english with a little bit of filler and sometimes a lame joke. There's too much english speaking in between the arabic, and after listening to it I don't recall anything from it. I then started doing some of the other activities and they're all very basic. This is much less advanced than Rosetta Stone. Rosetta Stone doesn't choose the most useful phrases to teach you when you start off, but at least it reinforces what you are learning in an easy way to pick up the language without a lot of filler talk in the language you already speak (english in my case). It's hard to motivate myself to listen to more of these Rocket Arabic lessons because they are so boring.

Hi Robert - We have added in a ton more standalone words and phrases that can be used with voice recognition. As well as that we have revamped the Language & Culture lessons.
