I am a speaker of basic Portuguese and have been exposed to the language in business. However when you do not speak it on a regular basis - you lose it. I have found Rocket and so far I am extremely impressed with the interactive nature of the programme. I believe that this will bridge the gap for me with the Portuguese language. I am going to seriously consider using Rocket for my next challenge, which will be French - keep it up, you're the best, so far.

In my opinion the best method for learning another language I have seen until now. In two weeks I already knew enough portugues to have a small conversation with people during my holiday in Lisboa. Besides that, it is fun and easy to use.

Overall, Rocket Languages is, without a doubt, well worth the
price. The value for your money is the best. There really is not
a better foreign language program out there. I have tried others
as they do not match the quality of Rocket's.

I just bought this program for Portuguese and I am already seeing that it is better than the rest I have looked at. I can't wait to finish the course... I'll be sure to review it again once I am complete. Please make a level 2 and 3!

I like the way the lessons are structured and how they progress. It is also helpful to compare my pronunciation with the voice on the site.
I am a slow learner and have a problem hearing the words....by the time a sentence is finished, I may only be on the 3rd word!!! So pacing is very important for me.

I've tried a number of language programs - and I think Rocket Languages is the best. I like that they order the lessons in a logical way to allow you to speak relevant sentences quickly (versus some of the others where Level 1 - 2 is just nouns). I also love that there is four prong test - on your hearing, speaking, writing and comprehension. My only complaint is some small misspellings and errors with the written grading - but I know those will be fixed with time. Really great product!

I purchased the rocket french a few years back but did not progress too well. Earlier this year I tried Rocket languages again but this time with Rocket Portuguese and I have been amazed at my progress. I love how the course is put together and especially the language and culture section. There are a few glitches here and there but overall I am finding it to be a great investment -definitely value for money.

Portuguese is a very different language than English so very difficult to learn , but I am learning a little at a time . I like that I can repeat phrases over and over and record my own voice so that I can compare my pronunciation of words and compare them with the online tutor .

I have learnt more Portuguese in 3 weeks than I learnt French after 5 years of formal didactic teaching in school. I am quite surprised by how eager I am to take the next lesson and also by how the badge system actually keeps me motivated. I would definitely recommend to this product to a friend or anyone looking to learn a new language!!

This is the best program I have found that is interactive. Very conversational and practical with tips on how to handle oneself. The useful information on forming word and sentence structure will make it easy to form my own sentences in talking with others.
