I have seen Rocket Languages all over the internet and now I see why it is being recommended as one of the leading tools for learning a language. It has interactive learning, helps you to learn how to speak like a native of the language and it's just fantastic!

I'm fluent in Spanish and I have always wanted to learn Portuguese. I tried out the trial version of Rocket Portuguese and found it fantastic and easy to follow. I like that there are both male and female voices. However, I found it a bit confusing because they seem to pronounce the same word differently. For example, the male voice Paulo pronounces "de onde" like "dze ondze", while the femal voice pronounces with a clear articulation of "de onde". Maybe it's the accent? Hope I can get a better sense of it from the rest of the course!

I am a speaker of basic Portuguese and have been exposed to the language in business. However when you do not speak it on a regular basis - you lose it. I have found Rocket and so far I am extremely impressed with the interactive nature of the programme. I believe that this will bridge the gap for me with the Portuguese language. I am going to seriously consider using Rocket for my next challenge, which will be French - keep it up, you're the best, so far.

In my opinion the best method for learning another language I have seen until now. In two weeks I already knew enough portugues to have a small conversation with people during my holiday in Lisboa. Besides that, it is fun and easy to use.

Overall, Rocket Languages is, without a doubt, well worth the
price. The value for your money is the best. There really is not
a better foreign language program out there. I have tried others
as they do not match the quality of Rocket's.

I just bought this program for Portuguese and I am already seeing that it is better than the rest I have looked at. I can't wait to finish the course... I'll be sure to review it again once I am complete. Please make a level 2 and 3!

I like the way the lessons are structured and how they progress. It is also helpful to compare my pronunciation with the voice on the site.
I am a slow learner and have a problem hearing the words....by the time a sentence is finished, I may only be on the 3rd word!!! So pacing is very important for me.

I've tried a number of language programs - and I think Rocket Languages is the best. I like that they order the lessons in a logical way to allow you to speak relevant sentences quickly (versus some of the others where Level 1 - 2 is just nouns). I also love that there is four prong test - on your hearing, speaking, writing and comprehension. My only complaint is some small misspellings and errors with the written grading - but I know those will be fixed with time. Really great product!

I purchased the rocket french a few years back but did not progress too well. Earlier this year I tried Rocket languages again but this time with Rocket Portuguese and I have been amazed at my progress. I love how the course is put together and especially the language and culture section. There are a few glitches here and there but overall I am finding it to be a great investment -definitely value for money.

Portuguese is a very different language than English so very difficult to learn , but I am learning a little at a time . I like that I can repeat phrases over and over and record my own voice so that I can compare my pronunciation of words and compare them with the online tutor .
