So far I like the learning method. Other apps may be good supplements but this one offers the level of detail I was looking for.

I've tried a number of different Russian language learning apps. Most of them are more or less language learning wrapped in a game. Rocket Russian is the only language learning app I've found so far that concentrates more on learning the language than on endless cute characters, scenes, and status achievements. Sometimes the lessons are hard and long, but the reward of learning, and remembering, useful Russian language skills has been well worth the effort. Oh, and customer service actually responds to questions. Это просто работает!

I have been studying Russian for 10 days now and my Russian girlfriend is really impressed in my progress. And I haven't even finished Module 1 yet! It is really good as long as you do the work and practice even when not sitting in front of the computer. I can already say a few sentences with a great accent and pronunciation, which is a lot more than I expected at this stage.

The lessons are thoroughly enjoyable and have captured my attention. I look forward to each lesson and the progress that it brings.

I'm not super-competitive - but I love how they "game" it to help you stay motivated. I always set my daily goal (benchmark) a little lower than "full on". That way, I can hit my daily target easily, but it does take some effort. And when I really get going, I leave my goal in the dust. It helps keep me consistent.

This course seems to give you an understanding of how the foreign country speaks and operates as a culture, so you can know what to say and how to pronounce it at the right time.

I recently bought the complete Russian course and I like it very much. The lectures are appropriate the beginners level. I was able to talk to a native speaker at least a bit with too much embarrassment after learning for one week.
The exercises are well thought out and help to learn the new phrases. The lectures start from the most important things and one learns the most useful phrases at the beginning. Some grammar is added too which helps to understand why some words change in different sentences. Sometimes the voice recognition software doesn't work perfectly, but it is not too bad. All in all it is a great help to start talking from the beginning.

I would buy the course again without a second thought. For the price I am very satisfied!

so far I appreciate Rocket Russian. I think it's a very good learning app. I have been using it since 6 days now, and I have also bought a lifetime subscription for all 3 levels.

Plus:
-) Saving vocabs functionality
-) realistic dialogues
-) overall engaging content

Minus:
-) the price!! It's super expensive (even though I got the beginning of July discount, but 185€ is still quite some money for an app; but let's see, maybe it is worth the price; there is a 60 days guaranteed refund policy still).

Improvement recommendations:
-) please add the "Saved Vocab" function to mobile phone too!!
-) general improvement of mobile app to be more like desktop web app; desktop web app has much more functionality than mobile app (and I guess most people nowadays prefer a mobile app over a desktop web app)
-) dark mode for mobile phone

Still have to see how it's going to be for the rest of the first 60 days, but currently I would still buy again and recommend it to a friend.
