This course seems to give you an understanding of how the foreign country speaks and operates as a culture, so you can know what to say and how to pronounce it at the right time.

I recently bought the complete Russian course and I like it very much. The lectures are appropriate the beginners level. I was able to talk to a native speaker at least a bit with too much embarrassment after learning for one week.
The exercises are well thought out and help to learn the new phrases. The lectures start from the most important things and one learns the most useful phrases at the beginning. Some grammar is added too which helps to understand why some words change in different sentences. Sometimes the voice recognition software doesn't work perfectly, but it is not too bad. All in all it is a great help to start talking from the beginning.

I would buy the course again without a second thought. For the price I am very satisfied!

so far I appreciate Rocket Russian. I think it's a very good learning app. I have been using it since 6 days now, and I have also bought a lifetime subscription for all 3 levels.

Plus:
-) Saving vocabs functionality
-) realistic dialogues
-) overall engaging content

Minus:
-) the price!! It's super expensive (even though I got the beginning of July discount, but 185€ is still quite some money for an app; but let's see, maybe it is worth the price; there is a 60 days guaranteed refund policy still).

Improvement recommendations:
-) please add the "Saved Vocab" function to mobile phone too!!
-) general improvement of mobile app to be more like desktop web app; desktop web app has much more functionality than mobile app (and I guess most people nowadays prefer a mobile app over a desktop web app)
-) dark mode for mobile phone

Still have to see how it's going to be for the rest of the first 60 days, but currently I would still buy again and recommend it to a friend.

I am only at Module 1 - 3.4, and just happy with my present results.

completely new to Russian. This course starts you out from a very basic place and develops your skills to knowing beginner words and phrases. Can't wait to continue to learn more and more as I go deeper into the courses.

Rocket Russian is an excellent resource and method of learning this beautiful language. I highly recommend it!

Superb training method. I am falling in love with this website and to be attached forever.

I like that along with learning to speak and listen to the language, you get to also learn it's alphabet and proper spelling of the words you are learning.

I like the pronunciation verification where you can answer the dialog in Russian language and it grades the quality of your pronunciation.
It is very interactive. I like also Pimsleur Russian very much. Pimsleur gets very difficult after lesson 15. And there is no verification. You must have a Russian speaker to verify your pronunciation. I am afraid if you learn it wrong you will always be wrong. So in conclusion I like the dialogues from Pimsleur Russian, but I am learning and reinforcing my learning with Rocket Russian.

I have tried to learn other languages such as Italian on other websites such as Rosetta Stone. However, they never truly helped me learn and absorb the language. When I decided that I wanted to settle on Russian, my parents helped me the best way they could by telling me about the Rocket Russian audio course. I have never learned more about another language than I have now.
