I have wished to learn Russian for four years. But the online courses I have found were impractical, boring, often irrelevant, and most importantly, lacked instant feedback. I discovered Russian Rocket and IMMEDIATELY FELT I was learning Russian. The design of the course makes it the very best in my opinion. I only wish I had discovered Rocket Russian (or any other language) with this system. THANK YOU to ALL. Now my dream is finially coming true.

I love how quickly this course gets you spacing. Personally, I love understanding structure right off the bat, so I wouldn't mind having grammar explained right at the beginning of each module. I also think it would be helpful to have the scenarios with Ivan and Natalya written in Cyrillic to scroll along with the videos at the beginning of the modules - not just the phonetic English.

So far I like the learning method. Other apps may be good supplements but this one offers the level of detail I was looking for.

I've tried a number of different Russian language learning apps. Most of them are more or less language learning wrapped in a game. Rocket Russian is the only language learning app I've found so far that concentrates more on learning the language than on endless cute characters, scenes, and status achievements. Sometimes the lessons are hard and long, but the reward of learning, and remembering, useful Russian language skills has been well worth the effort. Oh, and customer service actually responds to questions. Это просто работает!

I have been studying Russian for 10 days now and my Russian girlfriend is really impressed in my progress. And I haven't even finished Module 1 yet! It is really good as long as you do the work and practice even when not sitting in front of the computer. I can already say a few sentences with a great accent and pronunciation, which is a lot more than I expected at this stage.

I like the pronunciation verification where you can answer the dialog in Russian language and it grades the quality of your pronunciation.
It is very interactive. I like also Pimsleur Russian very much. Pimsleur gets very difficult after lesson 15. And there is no verification. You must have a Russian speaker to verify your pronunciation. I am afraid if you learn it wrong you will always be wrong. So in conclusion I like the dialogues from Pimsleur Russian, but I am learning and reinforcing my learning with Rocket Russian.

I have tried to learn other languages such as Italian on other websites such as Rosetta Stone. However, they never truly helped me learn and absorb the language. When I decided that I wanted to settle on Russian, my parents helped me the best way they could by telling me about the Rocket Russian audio course. I have never learned more about another language than I have now.

Really good course, I'm studying Russian where the grammar aspect is crucial given the case declension of words, so the only feature that is missing is grammar, maybe this intentional, but I think it would help to have grammar chapters based on the existing lessons.

Wonderfully engaging and well-structured course! The voices are clear, precise and melodious. Jessica, in particular, is an absolute delight to listen to! Natalia and Ivan are superb as native speakers of Russian. The progression of the lessons comes naturally, does not overwhelm, gently nudging you towards fluency. Impressive! I wish I had partaken in a course of this quality back when I was learning English! I would have advanced at a much quicker pace! Recommended!

My first time trying to learn Russian and I'm loving it. This program is making it simple and efficient to learn which makes it less stressful.
