I have tried every, and I mean EVERY language learning platform to date. Each and every one had their ups and downs, but I found the program that had the least amount of 'downs' was Rocket by far. My only real complaints are that the platform is a bit outdated feeling and glitchy, and it also costs more than seemingly any other learning service. It also can be redundant and boring at times, which is a factor in many other platforms, too. All the same, I feel Rocket is the most accurate and realistic over any other program out there. It is concise, explanatory, and has a good mix of material and usage. I feel I am finally learning Spanish the correct way, as I would in school, without having to actually be in a classroom or pay thousands of dollars. I really recommend Rocket to anyone learning a language. I am so glad I caved and paid for it and don't regret it one bit. I can't wait to see how far I come with it!

Solid program that keeps you on track to learning a new language, or improving on one you already are familiar with. Easy, daily bites of the language are essential. I especially the like "competitive" nature of the POINTS system, where you can monitor progress against others.
Easy gradual pace. Great feedback both verbal and written.
Enjoying the course so far. Think I've finally found something, that I will stick with. Hope I will get to fluency! :)

Lesson 1.7 is about to do me in. I simply cannot understand it when they're saying such long sentences and speaking so rapidly. Then again, I got made fun of once in the 90's Mexico when I said cuatro because I said it so slowly. I'm from the South. I speak English slowly and damned sure can't speak Spanish that fast. I also can't remember all those words and phrases. There were a lot of them in this lesson!

Thanks so much for your review, Fred. Learning a new language, and training your ear to the new words and phrases (especially those spoken quickly), can take time and be frustrating. The best thing we can recommend is to go over the lessons many times until it all starts to sink in. Or if you are particularly frustrated, take a break, and move onto a different lesson. need to differentiate between things such as where are you from having 3 different options. It counts it wrong if you use a correct one but it's not what that "where are you from" wanted
