A very good way to learn - multiple approaches (listening, writing, speaking) together with useful cultural commentary. One gets the most value by repeating the lessons (in my case, many times!).

It's truly disappointing that you omitted various clauses from your refund policy. For those using Apple Pay, if they wish to cancel their subscription, they're required to contact Apple? You haven't even attempted to facilitate the direct connection.

We're sorry to hear that the refund process with Apple Pay didn't meet your expectations. Apple requires this process, but we'd be happy to jump on a call and help you contact them!
The interface is pretty clean and easy to use. But some of the voice recognition doesn't work for unknown reasons, and this is what a french buddy of mine trying it out as well.

The software can have some difficulty picking up on particular short sounds unique to the French language. But don't worry; we're here to help!
