I learned French in school in Canada, but after so many years having not practiced the language, my memory was latent and rusty. I am primarily motivated to brush up on my French for professional purposes and - for this purpose - having been investigating on-line French learning options. I settled on Rocket French due to so many reasons: interactive learning; focus on pronunciation; repeated exercises; explanation in English of French grammar and rules; etc. I could go on...

I started Spanish with another well known language product. After two months I knew a lot of words, but couldn't put enough together to make a sentence. After a short time with Rocket Languages I can actually speak and understand a few phrases. Great program!

Rocket Spanish is a great help in learning Spanish, polishing the Spanish you have learned and in reviewing things learned so many years ago. I use RS in conjunction with online Skype lessons and ¨in- country¨ Spanish classes. RS is probably the most comprehensive Spanish learning tool available--and at a very reasonable price; I have tried costlier software programs and have always been quite disappointed. I am especially impressed by the sound quality for both listening and recording. RS makes things interesting and fun by way games. The language and culture section helps you understand many of the traditions and customs of Latin America with a bit of grammar thrown in. I am a level 3, but I still listen to and review past vocabulary and concepts via mp3s from previous levels. Because of my past experiences with many Spanish programs, I can say conclusively that RS is the best.

The Rocket Italian Premium level is great for learning basic travel phrases. The voice recognition software works very well and if you use all the tools they provide for you regularly you'll definitely feel comfortable pulling out Italian phrases when you need them. I do like to listen to the audio lessons several times though. Also I with there was more variety in the testing and practice. An exercise where the student is given a completely new sentence that they have to give back in Italian would be really helpful.

Solid program that keeps you on track to learning a new language, or improving on one you already are familiar with. Easy, daily bites of the language are essential. I especially the like "competitive" nature of the POINTS system, where you can monitor progress against others.

I completed Pimsleur Egyptian Arabic Level 1 and attempted some Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for 2 weeks before going back to focusing on a dialect since nobody speaks MSA. This course is great but to get the most out of it, you have to focus on writing & reading everything (no shortcuts) in Arabic Script as many times as necessary until you don't have to rely on the latin (Franco-Arabic Script). Only then, can you move on to reading Arabic (Egyptian) Press, Books, Graded Readers, song lyrics etc... This program will get you to a solid intermediate!

I am part Korean and wanted to learn how to speak the language. I have been searching online for a product that would work for me. Rocket Korean has been very easy to use and allows visual, interactive, and audio learning, which I find one of the best ways to learn. I just started and have learned a lot. I look forward to seeing how much I will progress in the next couple of months!

i seem to be getting addicted to this tool. to an extent where i could comfortably spend hours at a stretch with no complain. going back to the lesson completed is again a new experience and listening to the audios do help in recapturing certain pronunciations which was missed earlier. loving every moment. don't even miss watching TV.

I´'m just starting learning, i am really expecting a lot from this course, but i really like the platform and all details to learn the languages.
