Rocket Languages Reviews

I've been using Rocket Spanish for several years now and if I was able to stick to it, I would be fluent by now as it is a very good program. My problem with sticking with it isn't a problem with Rocket Spanish, but my problem of not setting aside enough time to do it. The lessons get progressively longer and I don't like to do a partial lesson. I want to complete the entire lesson in one sitting and I don't have time so tend not to do it at all. I know I need to let this go. Gratefully, Rocket Spanish is still there waiting for me.

Tried the 7 day free trial, didn't work very well so not confident to purchase ,

I like how I still learn something new in each lesson even though I’ve been taking Japanese for several years. It is also great that there are VERY important culture lessons offered. You can’t learn Japanese well without these culture cues. Occasionally, I have some issues with the system not marking the kanji all the same as well as the few times there is no answer input so it counts you wrong even if you aren’t.

I´m very pleased with Rocket French. I love the extras like the pronunciation. I have a hard time with some of the words and the fact that I can record myself is very helpful. The ability to print the lesson is also a big plus. I´m very happy with it.

I've been using Rocket Italian since December 2019. I purchased Levels 1, 2, & 3-Instant Lifetime Access and the Travelogue. (Yes, I am committed to learn Italian.) I am on Unit I- module 6. In addition to Rocket, I use 2 other Apps/programs along with Rocket Italian. After 3/12 months of use, I feel I can write an accurate review.
Pros
1. I love the structured lessons
2. Like having the audios of Alex and Maria (audio lessons and reviews)
3. Like having the ability to record myself and mimic pronunciation

Cons (or possible areas to improve)
1. I wish there was a way to manipulate and build sentences rather than solely memorizing. (Maybe this happens in later units, I don't know.)
2. I wish that in lessons, such as in Language and Culture, where they may be over 90 terms to learn, that the lesson be divided in smaller lessons. Memorizing close to 100 terms is overwhelming and a big challenge. Maybe limiting the terms to a more manageable number would be beneficial to the learner.
3. I wish there was a method to answer questions on a lesson directly on the lesson page itself rather than on the forum. Also, I would appreciate if someone from Rocket could answer those questions rather than relying mostly other learners.

Really do like the flashcards and the testing methodology for Rocket French...everyone needs to know about this great product...the price is very fair...would like to see a Rocket French level 4 with discussions/dialogues on the EU, foreign immigration, lots on economic subjects, geopolitical, anatomy and physiology of the human body...so far, very impressed with this course...thanks, Rocket French!!!!

Mi idioma nativo es español, mi opinion personal para este programa es que sea realizado de una forma mas entendible para el alumno, me refiero a que si estas escuchando una conversacion, seria bueno a la vez ver como se escribe lo que estas escuchando. Una video conferencia seria cinco estrellas. gracias.

I just gived a try to the free version of this platform and was very good as a first experiencie. I am thinking about buying products from to learn German from this platform. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy learning while doing written exercises.

We moved to France from UK 4 months ago, I've got to say Rocket French has helped me so far. The exercises are fun to do, I particularly like the role play exercises. All in all a good buy and so far I've enjoyed in what to me is a difficult language to learn...
