I love this site! I have learned a lot more in japanese here than duolingo!

Really enjoying Rocket Italian. I have been to an Italian class for two years now but Rocket Italian is a great way to improve your pronunciation. The lessons are entertaining with a lot of useful phrases.The grammar modules are very good and there is a members forum to ask questions. A good course at a very good price.

I am thoroughly satisfied so far even though I am in the raw first stages.

Seeing all the rave reviews makes me wonder if there's something wrong with me. I am not a linguistic novice; I am a native speaker of English but a fluent speaker of Korean, I majored in linguistics in graduate school, and I've studied several languages both in university classes and on my own. But I'm having a hard time making any progress in Rocket Chinese. Eleven- or twelve-morpheme sentences are just too long for a beginner in the language. And while Lin Ping's spoken examples are very clear and easy to understand, David always sounds like his mouth is full of food and everything runs together. (I'm sure his Chinese is very good, but Chinese itself tends to sound like that to start with. It's just really frustrating.)

I bought the complete premium course and am wondering if I made a terrible decision.

The lessons are good, they do help learn "Egyptian" Arabic. I suppose if the title were Rocket Egyptian Arabic, I would have been more satisfied, I was looking towards learning Standard Arabic or Fus'ha Arabic, though this helps, it would be better to know what I am buying, before I buy it.

Excellent!!! The only difficulty I experienced was studying by myself. It's very hard to be constant when you don't have anyone to remind you to study. It was also a good exercise for my english because I could study it all at the same time.
