Rocket Languages review criteria
I have been studying Russian for 10 days now and my Russian girlfriend is really impressed in my progress. And I haven't even finished Module 1 yet! It is really good as long as you do the work and practice even when not sitting in front of the computer. I can already say a few sentences with a great accent and pronunciation, which is a lot more than I expected at this stage.

The course has a good approach to use various methods to reinforce learning and make it practical and effective. With Rocket Language I'm learning and progressing toward language fluency. One big downside is the abysmal speech lesson functionality. Often you're marked as correct despite not saying the phrase accurately, completely, or even in the expected language. And you're given insufficient time to say phrases with more than ~7 words as it cuts off and marks you as correct. For the price these issues are unacceptable and must be resolved.

I didn't talk with Customer services - I would like more building on each lesson. This programs Idea is repeat the lesson. I find it goes a bit fast

I am new to Rocket Languages after using Duolingo for many years. I find Rocket to be much more useful and real. It is more difficult in some ways, especially the exercises when you have to listen to what is being said and then write what was said. But this is the way to learn, so I am glad I am being gently pushed in this way.
