Comparing it to Mango languages, rosetta stone and transparent languages it's the best;
and Duolingo is a waste of time compared to it

Rocket Languages gives a good and easy opportunity to start learning a new language, its audio lessons are of much fun and success, one can listen to the lessons during his way to work, for example. So having spent only about 20-30 minutes per day (approximate duration of one lesson) and even not paying so much attention to grammatical rules (which one may consider boring) you find yourself in some days easily understanding new colloquial language.

Ever thought about learning something new? Rocket Languages is the best to start learning a language which you thought might be difficult to study! You'll be impressed how it is in fact easy to talk!

I am studying French in an on-site Immersion course and was looking for something to better prepare me for classes and supplement my learning. Rocket French employs many of the same techniques use in my Immersion settings. The transcripts are helpful, the recordings are very clearly spoken , the games reinforce the learning. Love it.

Rocket Russian was launched only yesterday. It is perfectly functioning. Clear audio voices in Russian. The lessons include diferent ways of learning and testing your language skills. You get a little cyrillic keybord on screen for writing in cyrillic Russian, rather then phonetic roman writing. This is a usefull tool for getting used to cyrillic writing and learning the vocabulary in cyrillic alphabet.

I have been searching for a Russian language app that allows me to learn to speak Russian at least to a good conversational standard, but which also lets me learn to read and write the associated Cyrillic script at the same time as learning to speak the words ... only Rocket Russian seems to allow you to do all three things at the same time!

I particularly like the voice recognition software that takes my Russian speech and converts it into Russian text, letting me see immediately whether I have it right or not. This is awesome ... highly recommended!

Rocket Languages has really been perfecting their approach to language acquisition with the Spanish Travelogue (and I have been through the other three levels). The course is wonderfully varied to keep me interested, and by the time I’ve finished a lesson, the phrases stick – and, most importantly, are useable. When I speak in Spanish to one of my Skype contacts about the lesson, I am speaking with a very competent level of fluency. What could be better than that?

Btw, the storyline describes an incredible trip through Latin America. I can’t wait to visit some of these places…

I moved to Austria four years ago, and I could not have been so successful without Rocket German! Rocket German helped me launch my German language career in Austria. Using only Rocket German as my primary guide, I was able to get around quite comfortably using the basic phrases I had learned. From then on I have continued to expand my vocabulary through the lessons and through my own experience. I now have a job here and work primarily in German. Rocket Languages continues to improve usability and learning options every year without making per-existing students pay more for the additional features. I've tried a number of language programs - and I think Rocket Languages is the best. I like that they order the lessons in a logical way to allow you to speak relevant sentences quickly (versus some of the others where Level 1 - 2 is just nouns). I also love that there is four prong test - on your hearing, speaking, writing and comprehension. My only complaint is some small misspellings and errors with the written grading - but I know those will be fixed with time. Really great product!

I always found it difficult learning a new language at school.
But now I have the motivation because my girlfriend is going to work in Hong Kong and I want to share her experience . So I decided to take on Mandarin . At first I thought I was mad but after absorbing the software i'm taking it like a duck to water!
You can work in your own time , which is great for me as I work late and early shifts at work , so it really fits in with my lifestyle.
Plus the platform on which its based is fun and engaging. I really like the games too!

I really like the Rocket language russian language series. It is easy to use and well worth the money. I wanted to learn russian for years but could not find a course that would be flexible to learn; but Rocket Russian came along. Russian is tough language to learn but rocket languages makes it easy to learn.

I also have rocket spanish and i liked it so much that i went ahead and got this russian series. Very highly recommended. Thanks.
