I am learning German and really appreciate the emphasis Rocket Languages puts on speaking in real situations. I've only been studying a few months so far at about 30-45 minutes every day and can already have short, simple conversations with my husband, a near-fluent German speaker.

The lessons are broken up so that I can have short practice sessions that fit into my busy schedule, which is great.

I also love seeing the visual display of how far I've progressed through the program. It's very motivating to see the number of completed lessons increase over time.

The games are pretty fun as well. I use them as a break from the "real" lessons.

Being a Brazilian Portuguese native speaker, I was sure Italian would come easy for me (it is all Latin after all!). However, I couldn't imagine how glad I would be for this course. Rocket Italian offers a well structured method, balancing repetition and new lessons. The tools work perfectly, the audios are nice and clear, and the Forum is quite helpful. I am preparing to take an Italian Certificate in the future, and I know already this course saved me a lot of time and money on the way there.

Started learning on duolingo but nothing was explained. Rocket Japanese explains as you go so I could actually learn the structure of Japanese sentences and words

I did a lot of research and Rocket Languages is definitely the best fit for me. I really like how the lessons incorporate listening, speaking, and writing and have extensive practice to reinforce each lesson. I find it matches my learning style very well. Thanks for creating the program!

Rocket Languages is a fun interactive way to get you to learn complex languages. I am currently in a Korean class and it helps me in many ways understand the language as well as give me formal backgrounds that delve deeper into the language than is given in my class. My speaking korean has improved dramatically and it is a great alternative to not having someone nearby who can speak the language to keep you on top of your game. Korean is a complex language so it lends to the strength of Rocket languages because asian languages are one of the most complex in the world.

I am heading to Costa Rica early next year for a vacation and thought it would be good to have some local Spanish language skills. I tried a few on-line and other software program trials but found Rocket to have what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I am 69 so learning new things is quite a bit more difficult than it used to be, but it keeps my mind active which is a benefit most people would not think of. So far I am enjoying the program and have learned quite a bit. This program also goes into why things are said the way they are said and also provides you with additional info to add to your learning experience. As with learning any language, practice is necessary. Rocket provides an easy and precise way of practicing any or all of what you have learned which is very helpful and doesn't require you to "endure" the things you don't want to replay. I did use the Rocket customer service regarding two questions I had. They were very responsive and resolved my needs. So far I am quite pleased with my purchase and recommend it to others

I would like to learn Korean on my different devices, Mac, iPad and MS Surface, but I have no clue, how the program remembers how far I had already advanced on one device, when I continue with another. There is apparently no way to log in with my ID and Password, so that the program knows who I am. This feature probably exist, but it is difficult to find out where and how.

Really GREAT ! lessons are fun and interesting.
Enough repetition for learning enhancement but not boring.
I am only half way through lesson two of level one and have learned so much. And when I have completed level one I will enthusiastically purchase level two.

With a 1200+ day streak on Duolingo, and some work on Memrise, I feel I have a decent vocabulary. Rocket is filling a big void in oral comprehension and speaking. I started at the beginning rather than jumping ahead, which was a good move. I really appreciate that all speaking is done by real people -- no computer generated voices.

Rocket Languages are extremely easy to follow and understand. The best feature is the listen and record. This way you can record yourself speaking and compare it to the native speaker to make sure you are speaking correctly. My main concern is not speaking correctly and sounding or looking ignorant for not knowing.
