I am excited about starting this program. I feel I can actually learn Chinese and attain a level of proficiency that will allow me to work and visit China. I like the Pinyin. I like the audio and interactive lesson. I am starting this program with a very positive attitude.

I experienced the free trial of American Sign Language and was disappointed. Almost half of every video available would not work, despite reloading the page or backing up and proceeding forward to the pain I had not seen before – but nothing worked. As a result, I was unable to take advantage of a significant portion of the testing. In relation to the testing, I did not see any attempts to help the student realize their error in signing or recommend A reminder when a test question was wrong. I looked at the subject matter and chapters for all the first course for ASL and felt that The price was way too high for what little was being covered relative to the price.

I sincerely hope that these matters anymore are reviewed, reevaluated, expanded and corrected.

This is the most effective method to conversationally learn Korean in the shortest period of time. It takes out a lot of the unnecessary parts of language learning and goes directly into combining written/verbal/auditory in a logical format. The structure of the program includes everything you need to learn to get started, including a quality auditory lesson from native speakers. This makes the language learning experience very authentic. I've tried other language learning programs and this one is my favorite. I'll get the Rocket Spanish as well!

It has all the right content, but in all the wrong order. After struggling with the early lessons I realized I had to start each lesson at the bottom, learn the simple words and phrases and then make my way up to the longer stuff at the top/beginning.

Then after struggling with 5 lessons of long, complex multisyllabic structures, they finally introduce you to the endings and tone pronunciations. This means that the lesson structure is in the wrong order too.

Technology seems great, lesson ordering and general approach seems to need a lot of work.

Finally, this is likely a personal choice: but when I'm trying to learn Chinese I really don't want to have an exuberant english guy shouting at me about how excited he is. As I realize some may like this, I'd like an option to filter out Dave and just learn from the native speaker.

Clear, step by step learning. you can find everything, writing, listening, reading and grammar.
you can skip, review, re-do, and take quizzes. I do not think it misses anything unlike other online course. thank you Rocket languages.

Being a Brazilian Portuguese native speaker, I was sure Italian would come easy for me (it is all Latin after all!). However, I couldn't imagine how glad I would be for this course. Rocket Italian offers a well structured method, balancing repetition and new lessons. The tools work perfectly, the audios are nice and clear, and the Forum is quite helpful. I am preparing to take an Italian Certificate in the future, and I know already this course saved me a lot of time and money on the way there.

I've used several trial versions of online Hindi courses and Rocket was my choice at the end. Best price, online version is fully downloadable, allowing you to learn on the move, exercises are fun and pertinent, lessons teach you words and sentences that you can immediately use with friends or at work or in chat app with Hindi speaking people.

A great online tool to teach you how to get the nuances down of the Mandarin language. Topics covered are relevant and assist in everyday conversation. Also, cannot beat the price versus the competition.

This app has helped me so much with improving my Korean skills. I started off with this website knowing zero words of Korean and now I can not only read, but write it. It provides you with authentic accents and full conversations between native Korean speakers which make it easier to pronounce the words correctly and understand the way they communicate. I'm so happy to have stumbled upon a website that is not only affordable but also very user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who is beginning a language or even someone who is unsure of where they stand on a language. It really helps you a lot.

Rocket German picks up where the (excellent) Michel Thomas German course finishes. Once you have learned the basics of German sentence structure using Michel Thomas, Rocket German gives you a wealth of vocabulary to use in your conversations. It's friendly to listen to, and the vocab "sticks" unless the typical "Learn German in your car" style CDs which just throw vocab at you, and hope that you'll remember a small percentage of it.
