I am part Korean and wanted to learn how to speak the language. I have been searching online for a product that would work for me. Rocket Korean has been very easy to use and allows visual, interactive, and audio learning, which I find one of the best ways to learn. I just started and have learned a lot. I look forward to seeing how much I will progress in the next couple of months!

The content and methods used are awesome. I would recommend this approach to anyone. My only small suggestion is that the lessons should be renumbered to reflect the order they should be completed in.

This reviews Rocket Languages' Chinese Premium and Premium Plus. The program is well organized in its audio and website. Audio lessons use a typical conversation to teach new words and basic grammar lessons. Lin Ping, the teacher for the course, has a good clear Northern Chinese accent and speaks the majority of the time. It is peculiar that she converses with Dave, an Austrailian with a good accent, but not one I'd try to imitate if I was trying to blend in while visiting. This is fixed in the Premium Plus section. There is some English to introduce the subject and context, but the majority of the lesson is repeating words while you can follow a written transcript in Pinyin and I think Simplified characters. Then you practice memorizing by repeating sections of the conversation, hearing and identifying words, and speaking the words in Chinese knowing their equivalent in English. (hard!) The only major complaint is a lack of a translation dictionary to double check if the words you are adding to your vocabulary have the right definition (the audio tapes breeze through definitions only once); when looking up a word you will most often find it used in other lessons/sentences.

I have loved this program for learning a brand new language. The repeat of each new phrase has really helped me and the test, quizzes and games make it lots of fun! I want to learn another language because Rocket Language made this so easy

Regardless of your education level, as long as you understand simple english, you will be understand all the content in the course. I would recommend it to everybody who wish to learn language.

Rocket is the best learning site I have ever tried, it's wonderful, helpful, I'm really like it and I gained a lot of knowledge which helped me to try to start speaking in french, speaking french was always and still my dream and I think your site enabled me to achieve my dream, thank you for this excellent learning program, I talked to all my friends about it and how much it's useful and I will continue to to tell all people about it. I love the way Rocket Languages incorporates different ways to learn. It also starts out easy to give you some confidence and gets progressively harder. I've tried some other methods but I like Rocket Languages the best.

I am enjoying it . I have found the explanations of grammar terrific. I listen in the car and have fun with my daughter, who has been encouraged to improve her indonesian, she talks in indonesian and i say little bits in french. I am discovering more of what rocket french actually provides and it is all good, though I cant work out how to play on of the games (havent really looked for instructions) anyway I am having fun.

Excellent! Easy to use and fun. I'm not the best when it comes to learning any language (even my own). But this product has made it easy for me and once I finish with Spanish, I'm going to try another. I plan on doing some traveling and I want to be able to know what is being said about the old gringo.
