This an easy to follow, comprehensive course. I thoroughly enjoy it! It is priced right and a good value for the money;

Rocket Languages is essential for anyone who is serious about learning a new language. The course is designed to help us start having real life conversations from the very first lesson. Instead of wasting time learning useless vocabulary, Rocket Languages teaches words and phrases that we are likely to use to everyday. So, if you want to immerse yourself in a new language, ditch those other language apps that are gimmicky and flash card based and instead invest in learning a new language with depth and understanding.

I'm extremely satisfied with Rocket, I have been studying Japanese for about a month and already know more than 100 words and have gotten some clue about the grammar. I mostly know 'survival phrases' at this point but could probably get by in a simple Japanese conversation. It has really been the fastest progress I've ever made with learning a language.
It is good at making you learn through repetition, by reading, writing, and listening, but not nearly as agonizingly repetitive as something like Duolingo.
It is good at encouraging you to keep going by showing your streak and having reminders that tenacity is key and you're making good progress.
I think the fact that it is a one-time payment rather than a subscription makes it worth it.
I appreciate how in-depth the lessons are and how they walk you through each and every word and their nuance. I also appreciate the culture lessons.
One complaint I have is that the vocabulary lists in audio lessons are often incomplete, or only include a word within a sentence and don't provide a definition for the word itself.
Also, words and phrases from previous lessons are often brought up again in later lessons very rarely.

I liked the repetition of the lessons and the mix of verbal and written exercises. I learn best with the mix of seeing the words, and writing them, along with the audio.

This has been really helpful. If you are thinking about switching from some time trap like Duolingo to something that will actually help you learn, use Rocket!
I'll let you in on a little secret. If you buy level 1, it will offer you money off for level 2. If you deny that, it offers even more money off, so level 2 will only cost an additional $60. If you deny that one there are no further deals from my experience.

It's great! I wish you guys also had Brazilian Portuguese, Swahili, and Egyptian Arabic up to Level 3.

The learning experience is very good and the website lay-out and functions are easily understandable. The voice recognition doesn't work as well as with other programs (P. or RS), but well enough. Some of the best features are that I learn to write the words in Pinyin with the accents in the proper places, and that there's a transcript. I tried learning Chinese just by listening (P.) and I was not satisfied, the learning experience was somehow incomplete. It's only my second day with Rocket Chinese, but I've already learned more relevant content than with other programs (P. and D.) in the same time frame.
The price is appropriate for the content and service, but I would prefer a monthly subscription for all languages (like with P.).

Although I have not been very consistent with studying, this is one of the best methods I have encountered for learning a language. I hope to start continued consistent use of Rocket Languages as I should have previously and I shall confirm within 4-6 months that this method is by far the best. I also intend on ordering Rocket Spanish shortly and hope to take full advantage of this method's capability.

Currently I am learning Italian and Spanish. Rocket Languages makes learning a foreign language fun and easy. I just wish there was a discount to those who are learning two or more languages. That would only be fair.
