Rocket Languages Reviews

I've only a novice user of Rocket Language - it is highly recommended by the PC Magazine review. My review rating is tentative as I am an inexperienced user - but from what I see and hear it is very good. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2381904,00.asp

Like the structure of the course, particularly appreciate the interactive audio and pronunciation checks. Ability to burn courses to MP3 invaluable for learning on the run. Have recommended to others.

Its really a blessing for those who want to learn spoken German at home after work/office. About price, its bit expensive. Hope it worths,as I am in 1.3 stage only now, cant tell for sure...But the idea of online learning with these much options to test ourselves is really great!!!

Really appreciate the "folding in " of grammar distinctions from one lesson to the next. Gradually, as I repeat and write the phrases, I have "aha" experiences of when it's "de" and when its "a", for example. Then off I go, generalizing my new found knowledge. Rocket French is wonderful!

I have been looking for a language program to learn Egyptian Arabic that does not teach using pictures/flash card type learning. Finally, I found it! The price is fantastic for a "lifetime membership". I am only on the first lesson and I can already converse with my fluent boyfriend and his father, who is from Egypt. I love Rocket Language!

Took the Spanish course in preparation for a trip to Spain. I felt that the dialogues were much more useful than any other product I could find, the format and practice areas were good. I also enjoyed the conversations and felt the speakers were clear and very understandable. Am planning on purchasing Italian next.

Rocket French just like other methods requires consistency. By itself, it is awesome. You will find yourself recording every sentence and getting impressed by your evident progress. I recommend you start your free trial now and decide for yourself.

Rocket Languages is really helping me to practice from lessons I took back in high school and I am learning in ways that are better than back in high school. I really like the practice writing and speaking as well as listening. The role playing conversations are very beneficial! I am feeling more confident about speaking Spanish now.

What's great about Rocket Languages is the way they force you to start listening to and reproducing the language in speech from day one. It's all very well to get bogged down in mastering the grammar and vocabulary, but if you cannot understand it when spoken and you struggle to reproducing it accurately there is not much point at all. Also, it is very useful to be forced to listen to yourself again and again. I'd highly recommend this, especially when it is combined with another program that more emphasizes vocabulary and grammar.

Rocket Spanish was just what I needed. I wanted a Spanish course online that I could take whenever I could fit it into my schedule. I did not want to take a college class where you receive a grade or have to go into a learning center. The lessons are interactive and conversational Spanish is used. I am able to learn phrases people actually use in Spanish instead of tedious conjugations and vocab words. Overall a great program for a busy body.
