Rocket Languages review criteria
Too many keystrokes, should be simplified and incorporated into the keyboard, not the mouse.
Instructor voice and script too "hokey".
Prompts "P-F, S-I" should be much larger and should appear below the microphone icon. Also they should have been mentioned in the "how to use" video.

Voice recognition can improve but beside that, its a very good app.

I love how quickly this course gets you spacing. Personally, I love understanding structure right off the bat, so I wouldn't mind having grammar explained right at the beginning of each module. I also think it would be helpful to have the scenarios with Ivan and Natalya written in Cyrillic to scroll along with the videos at the beginning of the modules - not just the phonetic English.

It is a very good platform for people to learn French easily.

Our goal with Rocket French is to provide a learning experience that’s both comprehensive and manageable, so it’s wonderful to hear that you’re finding it helpful, Roger!
The content is great and like many others there is room for improvements, but overall solid. I wish the voice recognition worked better as with the shorter words mainly the site and applications give the error no speech detected but I can play back the recording without issue from their site and application. It would be a 5 across the board with the following changes:

Use shorter sentences or slow down the speech at the beginner level for the listening component of the lesson. The long sentences of 8 to 10 words are a bit difficult to bring in and repeat from memory when your only in section 2.

Just so you know, you can slow down the audio in the course to better catch how those longer phrases sound. Just click the settings cog in the top-right corner of your screen and adjust the playback speed. Regarding the voice recognition, there are a few setup tweaks we can suggest to help it work more optimally. I shan't be writing something awesome. Sometimes it is quite good and helpful; other times it is difficult to hear the pronunciation clearly when attempting to repeat the pronunciation or write it. I am making some progress and will not give up.

I've tried a number of different Russian language learning apps. Most of them are more or less language learning wrapped in a game. Rocket Russian is the only language learning app I've found so far that concentrates more on learning the language than on endless cute characters, scenes, and status achievements. Sometimes the lessons are hard and long, but the reward of learning, and remembering, useful Russian language skills has been well worth the effort. Oh, and customer service actually responds to questions. Это просто работает!

I didn't talk with Customer services - I would like more building on each lesson. This programs Idea is repeat the lesson. I find it goes a bit fast
