Rocket Japanese is great! It makes learning a language less frustrating by starting with the basics and building upon it. Although, I would like it if users could befriend other users and have an additional leaderboard for them and their friends. Anyhow, it is very helpful and efficient and I would like to thank Sayaka, Shota, Sam, and all the others for their work:

I love the Italian course. It is hard to learn Italian, even though my native language is Spanish (we share feminine and masculine), but a lot of words are so different. I'll try my best. Thank you! I just would like to suggest something new in your website: It will be great if we can have a real time chat to ask questions and get the answers right away, instead of waiting for somebody to answer by email.

You're absolutely right, learning a new language can be a challenge, but give yourself time and we're confident that you'll get the hang of it. As for your question about a chat, we actually have a similar feature called the "Forum," which is located in the tools section. The great thing about this feature is that the responses are from linguistic experts who know the language inside and out. Feel free to post any language questions that pop up in there. All the best!
