Nothing "awesome" to say. I thought you wanted my honest, candid feedback. Still waiting for help on the problem of inserting special characters in the writing practice section of lessons. Rocket told me I must wait two to four days.
I get the impression Rocket also doesn't teach grammar either—at least not overtly. Disappointing.
What's your return policy?

Response from Rocket Languages: Hi Bruce - The special character issue on Rocket French "Write it!" exercises has been resolved by adding in special keys for the French characters. Grammar is taught extensively in the Language and Culture lessons, did you see those? And, finally, if you decide that it's not for you then we have a 60 day full money back guarantee. Just contact customer support.
Customer service needs to be quick. Please make it at least 3 minutes, not 2 to 4 days. What's awesome is, logo is intelligent.

I absolutely want to love this program. The content is great. The audio lessons are top notch, but I can't get anything to work correctly on any device and 20 days in and still no contact from a manager or tech after several email requests and live chat requests for it.
I've submitted a pile of screen captures and video of the errors. I've tried multiple devices and computers.
Marie G responds quickly over live chat, but nothing ever seems to come of it.
The program has great content, but trying to use it is is beyond infuriating.
At this point I'm not prepared to keep the product unless it's next to free.

the system is confusing frustrating and has to much work

Learning a language is lifelong commitment but with a bit more practice we're sure that your Spanish abilities will take off in no time!
Very poor experience regarding the numerous simple spelling mistakes and inconsistent and sometimes just plain wrong translations. I expected much more from a paid for language learning tool.

When writing translations, we try to find a balance between being as literal as possible, while also conveying the meaning of a sentence. If there are any phrases you think we could translate more literally, please don't hesitate to send them through to our customer support team. Regarding spelling errors, we are in the process of going through all of the Rocket French lessons at the moment, and so you should soon find that this is no longer an issue. Our apologies for the frustration caused!
My opinion may change over time, as I will complete this series (I paid for it.) But right now, I am not sure I like this method, generally speaking. I prefer methodical, professional books such as Genki/Adventures in Japanese/etc which actually explain what is going on. For example: Japanese conjugation is a little tricky and this course (so far) is not helping. I also have a tutor in Tokyo, and nothing is better than that. Lastly, the Kanji exercises at the end are super frustrating as when the sentences are long, the stupid thing auto-places the words and I cannot get them in the right order even when I know it. That said, it's always good to listen to native speakers, but in today's world, there are no shortages of resources in that department.

I decided not to pursue learning French after paying for the course the week after I purchased it as I wanted to change to the Italian course instead. I asked for a refund twice through the help section and have still not received a refund or acknowledgment that I have asked for a refund. This is a real shame as I was going to purchase the Italian course once I got the refund now I don't trust Rocket Languges to fulfill their promises.

I just started and I don't really really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, like its not amazing but I like it
I am finding the program difficult to use. I cannot access the written or quiz sections. It is also a problem trying to access the subsequent module. I wish I had purchased only Level 1. The opportunity to listen and have my pronunciation corrected is appreciated but I would like to be able to access the rest of the module segments.

I can't. you won't let the honest responses be submitted. there is nothing awesome about your program. Neither, do you respond in a timely manner to concerns. So if you want honest then let them be submitted
