Rocket French is just what I've been looking for. It is the best course by a mile.
The course is structured and well explained. The people a Rocket Languages know what they're doing! The price might seem too much, but its well worth the investment.

So far, so good. I've tried other online language learning tools and was VERY frustrated with how they taught things. But so far with Rocket French, things are going better. I like how I can mix things up a little...like listen to the vocab before I listen to the lesson. That helps me prepare for the lesson. Hopefully, Rocket French will help me get where I want to be.

I never did any French at school, which was a long time ago and in the UK. Since coming to Canada only 18 months ago I decided I really should learn the other tongue of our dual language confederation. I have attended a course at one of our local adult education facilities but rapidly became out of my depth and therefore discouraged and have now left that course. So I stepped up to the plate and have bought the Platinum Course. I can now go over each lesson at my own pace several times. I love that I can practice my accent for each word and love having to try several times with some words to hit that magic 100%. I am new to this but am loving it so far and now have a real incentive to keep on going.

One major flaw, which is very frustrating. That is the speech recognition software is of poor quality. I do not know why this was not pretested better. But when saying the same words the same way results in a much higher score there has to be a problem. I listen to my voice played back, and it sounds much more like the Russian speaker's voice than the guess printed by the software. Often with time and no changes necessary it will register 100%. But often it will keep on asking for a repeat. It becomes very tedious. Otherwise the package is well designed, with a grammar emphasis which is necessary but often missing from other packages. So using this package I know why and how I am making a mistake. I have used another package in conjunction with this, but the other package is not sufficient by its own because although memory of the language improves, better understanding of the language is very slow. Rocket Russian helps this.

Makes it easy to stay on track! There is a lot of speaking practice integrated in this program, which uses novel technology to help assess your pronounciation, and you can set it to various levels, which helps a lot! Great way to save vocabulary also!

J'ai par le passé étudié de nombreuses langues étrangères et j'en parle couramment plusieurs : Francais, Anglais, Portugais, Espagnol, Indonésien, Malais, Brésilien, Thai, mais je dois dire que je n'ai jamais trouvé une methode d'enseignement aussi complète et pédagogique que "Rocket Languages" et a un prix absolument imbattable. Je conseille à toute personne désirant apprendre une langue étrangère d'adopter "Rocket Languages" Succés garanti.

I just purchased Rocket Spanish it was a Special so I wanted to give it a try I have reviewed many of utube video concerning how to best learn Spanish because I really want to learn a second language so here I am for the past two weeks I have listen to stories and repeating after the teacher I hope to increase my learning by taking each lesson and learning to speak by the end of the year I also like the email tips. As I learn more I will post my progress right now I cannot hold a conservation in spanish

I am amazed with Charlotte's ability to understand my broken French. She is patient and generous with her praise. The session just flew by!

What sold me on Rocket originally were the recording and writing features. Although I have not had the time to use all of the program (and it is not from a lack of interest), this has been a robust experience so far.

I haven't come across anything yet that has not been a benefit in learning another language to me. It has been well worth the money and I would say that Rocket is a reasonably priced value, in my opinion.

I am very happy with the course so far. The modules are all clear explained. I like the flashcards which help me to remember the vocabulary will definitely recommend this to my friend who wants to learn English.
