Rocket French Reviews

I wanted to go back to learning french after having taken some courses in college. After trying a few different approaches, I came across Rocket French. I have to say, I'm very pleased with the results. The dialogues are instructive and fun, making it that much easier to want stay with the program. I can easily recommend Rocket French to anyone thinking about learning the language.

This is my first time trying out learning French in an online course. This online course is quite different from what other interactive courses I've tried.
Rocketlanguages lets you learn a foreign language by a really cool interactive audio language lesson. Then, you test yourself what you've learned by Hear it Say it, Write it, Know it, and lastly Quizzing yourself.
All of the above testing methods are structured in a way to cut your learning curves as much as possible to achieve the goal you need.

Rocketlanguages is my favorite way to learn french. I like the format, lessons are usually less than half an hour and then I through all the reviews, which are words and phrases from the lesson. Also, I downloaded all the audio lessons and put them on my ipod so I listen to them as I drive back and forth to work. At age 52, I need to immerse myself in french and Rocketlanguages helps me do that better than anything else out there. And it's reasonably priced to boot. I highly recommend the Rocket languages system.

the incremental approach along with the programmed steps/lessons makes the learning process much easier than deciding on your own what to study and how to study. Also, the repetition of key words/phrases from earlier lessons in subsequent lessons really does solidify the material. I also really like the MegaFrench modules. There is so much variety to the available tools. If you want to hit it hard you can use the dialogue lessons/review/know it; if you want to get exposure without too much effort, you can do the games. Brilliant!

Great support team. Attitude and availability of support team makes a very significant difference in motivating the student to learn a new language (like French in my case). My experience is that a teacher (or a course support team) impacts directly student's success in completing a course.

The study has been very good so far. I hope to continue till I have completed the program. The program has helped me very much in the learning of French. When I travel to French speaking countries I will be well prepared to talk it French speaking people.

I like the fact that you kept trying to contact me when I asked you to call. Also that you rang when you said you would. You were very helpful on the phone to get oriented and started on the course. It is good to know the support is there. I am finding the course well structured, well thought through and encouraging to learn.

The twenty minute lessons are just the right length. The narrators are personable and the dialogue is usually pretty interesting. The fact that I can download the lessons and listen to them on my iPod while I walk to work in the morning is especially helpful.

An awesome part of this language program is the ability to hear the French speaker, record yourself speaking French and hearing both simultaneously. Also like the mp3 ability to record lessons on my cell phone and take my lessons with me.

I started with Rocket French in 2006, but didn't complete it. I returned now after 8 years, and was allowed to continue without any hassles. For me, that is outstanding service! The course is easy and fun to follow.
