Rocket French Reviews

So far I think the program is great. I used rosetta stone for Spanish and already with Rocket I am learning French faster than I did Spanish with Rosetta stone. I would recommend this program to anyone!

Rocket French is an incredible value. It's fun to use and incredibly effective. I was completely new to the French language before moving to France, so I bought Rocket French three months before I moved to get me started. Using Rocket French gave me the foundation I needed to learn quickly. Nine years later, I am still using the advanced lessons to improve. I love it.

I would never recommend this course to anyone and I bet they don't let this be printed but I will find someway of getting a true review out there- I have tried for 6 days to contact customer service- No one is ever there- its 5 15 pacific standard time and they are to be available and no one is available- I leave email for 6 days- and get 2 stupid emails back that say the very same thing- update chrome and I already have updated chrome. They will not call me ----

so far so good, i like to follow the stories, so I enjoy the learnings

I have other more expensive programs, but Rocket French is easier to use and gives a good insight into the language which some of the others struggle to do. I Definitely recommend Rocket French to anyone wishing to learn another language.

Rocket French is just what I've been looking for. It is the best course by a mile.
The course is structured and well explained. The people a Rocket Languages know what they're doing! The price might seem too much, but its well worth the investment.

I've been using RF for about 5 months. I've gone to other internet courses to add to what I'm learning, and finding that I always come back to RF. The other courses are good, but don't work for my style of learning and pace. RF is well planned for beginners and addresses language needs that I expect to use.
I have no expectations of being fluent and living in France. My hope is to visit the country and be able to converse on more than a superficial level, but not like it would be if I lived there.
RF is preparing me with strong basics in French, and I may try to take it further, but I need a good foundation, which I am getting in RF.
Thanks for being there to answer my questions and for putting a good program together for beginners like me.

Love the step by step progression of the program and the clear and concise grammar lessons! Only concern is the voice recognition for certain sounds ( e.g. initial /t/, /v/, words like "un" and "peu," difficulty recognizing numbers). This does not impact the strength or use of the program, so it is not a major factor. I have used a variety of sourced to learn French and this is the best , by far!

I had a difficulty pronouncing some french words, mixed up some vowels. so i signed up and under 20 minutes french pronunciation just got a lot easier for me. Thanks a lot rocket languages. Can't wait to buy the full pack.

Well, the course is OK, working with the microphone helps. I am very happy with it.

I am not happy and I have to say I am disappointed with the customer service.

I have asked 3 times for the invoice for paid amount, nothing happened, no response. I am getting daily mails from Marie-Claire with silly comments and questions (automatic mail, I am sure) but the invoice, for the money I have paid still not come.
I need it urgently for my accountant.

I do not know what else I should do!
