Rocket Languages review criteria
I had done basic French in High School and University. The conversational approach to practice in my home at my pace is very good for building my phrasing and vocabulary. It may seem silly, but I now know how to ask someone to speak more slowly. An hour a day is simply time for myself and a lesson is complete. I think if you have never studied French a lesson being done more than once may be needed. And that is easy to do with this program.
Pleasantly surprised with Rocket French! I've been doing a lesson a day for just over a week and am very pleased with the content and the focus on listening and speaking rather than written French. The humour is great, I find the English guy very funny. Am hoping the rest of the course is as good as what I've seen so far.
This is literally what i need, as an spanish speaker i last like 5-6 years on school learning B1-B2 english level but here I'm sure that i will reach that same level (french) on less time. Merci!
My experience with this software has been amazing. I've only been using it for a month for 1 hour a day, and my ability to understand and speak French has grown exponentially. I can listen to French songs and watch French TV and understand a good chunk of what they are saying!
It is WAY to expensive for what it is! Not worth it.

We believe that our courses offer the best "bang for buck" because you will actually learn and be able to use the language, rather than just pick up a few phrases here and there, right from the start. Rocket French teaches you 1000s of practical words and phrases, as well as the grammar rules that help you put it all together. The course gives you lots of opportunity to practice what you have learned, and really build your French speaking confidence. Plus, the courses come with lifetime access to the lessons, and so they very quickly become far more cost effective than other methods of learning, such as group classes or private tuition. I love rocket french, it is easy to work with and you will understand the language of your choice in a way that you will enjoy learning.
The course is effective and I am making progress, but the voice recognition software is very glitchy and inconsistent.

I would highly recommend this software for people who want to learn french without having to go to classes and pay for a tutor! I have learned a lot and I have astonished my mum with my progress! This is one of the best sites I have seen and I would definitely buy it again. Merci Rocket French!
