Rocket Spanish Reviews

I'm in my sixth week of learning Spanish with this app and I must say I am surprised at how much I have learned, but am also aware of how much there is to learn. All I need to do is use Spanish conversation podcasts to gauge my competence in "eschucha le conversacion". I use the conversation part of the app when driving and this gives me a solid basis for sitting down with my laptop to do the exercises. This has so far been an immensely satisfying experience and I'd recommend this to anyone who is keen to learn quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!

Great course and I have learnt a great deal. My only negative comment is that the course so far (nearly finished level 1) does not give enough teaching on putting the language together, rather it teaches phrases. I am trying to learn the language as I now live in Spain and trying to learn the language.

I like the audio and the repetition. I want to be able to hear and understand Spanish, not just read it. That is true of most people that learn a second language. Rocket Spanish puts more emphasis on listening and speaking than Rosetta Stone. The points system is also great because it encourages you to do more each day to earn more points.

Rocket Languages is absolutely amazing, this course offers so many languages that you can learn and benefit from. If you want to learn a different language this is a ideal place to start. Thank you.

The course is very well developed.
The mobile app works fast and reliable.

I tried out lots of other language learning apps but in most cases with a gap in learning to speak the language what in my opinion is the main cause for using language apps.

The Rocket Languages approach is speaking first through incredible good audio lessons and the best voice recognition I have ever seen in a mobile app.

In addition the support is also like the course itself very fast, friendly and professional. I can recommend Rocket Languages without restrictions and am very happy to found this resource on the internet.

Speaking in your target language I think is the key to success. The more you speak the faster you learn.
Rocket Languages has a test called Play It. It's where you in engage in a conversation with a native speaker.
To me, that is my absolute favorite test. I have not seen anything like that anywhere.
Rocket Languages has an amazing amount of resources and learning material to help you in your target language.

Sadly, my Rocket Spanish is not working anymore. It worked flawlessly for a few weeks and now
the audio just stops. I can't complete my learning, I can reload the page, but I can only make so far before it stops again.
Technical support has not been able to resolve my issue.
I have very limited use of the website.
So I'm in the hunt for another language course.
I've seen what's available and tried many, nothing tops Rocket Languages, so I will have to settle for second best.

The Rocket folks have the ability to spread their enthusiasm! I think they really love what they do..... their product is proof. The Rocket system is affordable and easy to use but best of all, it has quickly improved my Spanish.

The organization of material, and its presentation are great. There is one technical flaw, however, and it is major, and inexcusable in this very expensive app. In neither the Lesson or the Conversation can you stop or go back to something that you are not sure of. In learning a language, there are ALWAYS situations where something specific is not clear and you need to confirm or correct what you just heard. It’s amazing that you in order to find that specific thing you need to double check, you have to finish the entire lesson or entire conversation, go back to the very beginning and listen to the entire thing again! That is a MAJOR technical flaw, and I am amazed that, although it has been mentioned by other reviews, it hasn’t been fixed. If that were fixed, this would be a 5 star app, now it’s only a 3 star app.

So far so good! I feel as if I'm back in school learning espanol! I cannot wait to try and speak to my new Costa Rican friends!! If I wasn't already excited, now I'm feeling a rad bit for confident with some new Spanish vocabulary!!

I've only been using this program one week. For now, the sale price made this a reasonable purchase. I am not computer savvy, so this online experience was convenient for someone like me. I didn't have to worry about downloading software and figuring out how to get it to work. I just log in and start learning right away. So far, I have enjoyed it very much.
