Let me again reiterate something that I drew your attention in the past:
You lost in some categories (despite high quality of the program on the technical and didactic fronts) at least on star in the survey because of the manner this survey is delivered in the middle of a lesson in a most frustrating and hampering manner which I feel aggressive, if not outright harassing! If you need feedback, do offer your surveys AFTER the end of a lesson (at the moment of a switch from one lesson to another) to avoid an absolutely PREDICTABLE distraction in the middle of the learning process and high concentration - I don't think this is something that a reasonable person cannot predict.
Response from Rocket Languages
Thanks so much for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the survey prompt. We have forwarded your comments to the IT team who will strongly consider the process as part of their upcoming UX review. All the best with your continued language learning.
Just at the end of my first week and looking forward to continuing. Seems easy to follow but I can see that constant review of previous lessons is likely to be my path to success. Also, I can see where vocabulary recall may become a primary source of frustration for me. I'm pushing forward and hoping for a level of fluency to use in traveling within a year. Note: I have had no reason to contact customer service at this point.
The repetition of the concepts in each lesson really cements learning in one's mind. The program is challenging for me. But I feel that the work is worth it as I believe I am learning the language
I find Rocket Spanish to be a wonderful tool to help you learn the Spanish language, it helps you to expand your vocabulary, and improve your speech in the Spanish language, by letting you listen to what you sound like when you pronounce words in spanish, it also offers you a variety of ways that helps you remember the things you study, they also give you detailed information throughout this course that will enhance your comprehension on word usage, and how to form a sentence in the Spanish language that can easily be comprehended by a Spanish native. thank you for this opportunity for me to comment on the Rocket Spanish course. It's a slow process, but. I am learning, little by little.
This is great for hearing frequent conversation. Problems with speech recognition are frequently perhaps 50 percent of the time I cannot use voice

I think the Rocket format is a solid tool for learning - especially for beginners. Each lesson is a conversation between two people that you study and use to learn vocabulary and grammar. I always enjoyed that the format gave me little "stories" I could grab on to as memory aids. It really gave me a great start.
As my enthusiasm waned, as it always will when learning something new and moving past the beginner phase, I found that the rocket format started to bog me down a little. Some lessons would have over 60 phrases to practice and memorize. I'd get bogged down trying to get through the homework. I felt my learning speed was slowing down as I entered Level 2 of the course, and I began to turn to other tools like "Spanish Dict (spanishdict.com)" to augment the material and speed me up.
I think the course could be improved drastically in three ways.
1) Shorten Lessons. People like to move through lessons quickly. It produces a sense of accomplishment. This means, reducing the number of phrases to be mastered in each lesson.
2) Enhance Memorization Tools. There are well known systems for reviewing words and the idea of building a deck of flashcards you can continuously review is missing from the toolkit of Rocket Spanish.

Overall a very good program, enjoyable. I enjoy the interaction. Very good pace. Not too fast, but not a glacial pace as well. I would like the dictation portion to be more precise, with more feedback. Something that could improve accent. Maybe allow us to send recordings to Rocket Language, to have specific professional advice regarding accent?
Blows Duolingo out of the water. I purchased this program for my teens before we make a trip to Latin America. We're enjoying it!
I am enjoying the opportunity to exercise different styles of learning (listening, speaking, and writing). However, I am frustrated that the transcripts don't always reflect what I have said. Listening to my voice proves that.
