There 5 ways to rate Rocket Languages. The last on is "How was the Customer Service?" There isn't a "not applicable" option. That would be my response! There has never been a need for customer service with in the 3 years or so I have been using these programs. My only request is to shorten the introductions to the lessons. Or maybe only eliminate them all together.

A great site for learning any language you want, methods are nice everything overall is nice, the only problem i have found is the really high price for it to be bought, not all people may aford that high price..

I think Rocket Languages is a good site for people over the age of 15 to use to learn a language because there are some suggestive things in this program. Also your program is a bit repetitive. I could understand repeating a phrase 1 or 2 times but you guys have us repeat and repeat over and over. Thanks! ♥

I've been at this spanish thing for 4 years and it has been a challenge. I'm in the over 60 category and I'm just not one to give up.
It's just never been fast enough. after using many other methods and courses books and tapes,,, I found rocket spanish to be smooth and interactive more over than others. None of these courses are complete I feel but lets get to the point where it's fun to chat in the new language and I see this is the opportunity with consistent practice presented here. And they give me 60 days to be proven wrong. I don't see it,,, life time access is great. My Spanish improved with the trial version.

Good if you're serious about learning. Provides very well explained lessons. Won't just throw words at you, but will explain in great detail when and how those words and phrases should be used. Gives a little insight into Latin American culture. Let's you practice reading, listening, and speaking. Explains grammar in a way that is not boring, but is thorough. Not for visual learners. No pictures. Not for people who aren't already very motivated to learn a language. Has a leaderboard and will track your streak, but not overall very game-like. If you finish all three courses you will be able to understand most conversations even if you don't know some of the words. Just try it!

I absolutely love Rocket Spanish. I have tried so many programs from Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, italki, and many more. This is by far the most beneficial program. It has a fantastic method of teaching. I am a Puerto Rican who spoke no Spanish and now living in Florida I see what a disadvantage speaking no Spanish was doing to me. After only completing half of lesson one, I am now able to hold somewhat of a basic conversation and it's only getting better. It really breaks down on how to read, write, pronounce, and use the vocabulary in the correct order. I am beyond grateful to Rocket Language. It's such a breeze that after this I am going to buy the Rocket French because I am that confident with this program. It's not only helping me with my native language but it's helped me to realize that I love learning different languages, and how much I want to venture out and try many more now. -Technical issues: Encountered bugs on the desktop version, such as muffled audio playback of responses, despite using high-quality microphones like the Blue Yeti and Rode Pod Mic.

-Feature limitation: The response replay feature is currently available only on desktop, not on mobile.

-Affordable pricing: Purchased the Spanish course for $180 using the promo code "Insight 60." Advice not to spend more than this as courses often go on sale at significantly lower prices.

this is a very good medium for those who have that craziness to achive somthing in there live . I had an excellent experience learning my favorite languages .The online mentors here are supportive and cross qustions at each and every step thi seems that i am sitting in a classroom understanding with a great ease
