Amazing product, im also using Babble and Rocket Spanish, which does a much better job of laying the groundwork for your brain to understand and memorize words. I am way farther ahead by lesson two in Rocket Spanish than I was in lesson 20 of Babbel.

This course is helping my brother and I to learn Spanish. Even though we were raised on the US/Mexico border, we didn't have enough instruction to become fluent. I did not deal with customer services so cannot comment.
I find the lessons long, but I can spend as long as I need to be sure I get it.
In addition, I like the fact that you can reset assignments and try them over and over.
