So far so good. I forces me to know the words. I am enjoying the program

I know my Spanish now I would recommend it to a homeboy who doesn't know Spanish like that and yeah and it like give me the voices and stuff so I can repeat it

You actually learn Spanish here. Not like in duolingo which is just there for some fun and monkey based games. With Rocket Languages you get to practice, rehearse and ...rehearse again ;-)

This course is helping my brother and I to learn Spanish. Even though we were raised on the US/Mexico border, we didn't have enough instruction to become fluent. So, here we are again, many years later, trying again. I appreciate that this program is very thorough, has excellent help on each section along the way. Thank you, Rocket Spanish!

I did not deal with customer services so cannot comment.
I find the lessons long, but I can spend as long as I need to be sure I get it.
In addition, I like the fact that you can reset assignments and try them over and over.

I just completed 60 days in a row learning Spanish with Rocket Language and I’m loving it. I’ve used many methods to learn Spanish over the years, from on-line courses, to face-to-face classes, to even a week of immersion in Mexico City. I’ve always learned something from each method, but this time using Rocket Languages, it feels different. Personally, to really learn Spanish, I need new daily vocabulary, clear grammar explanations, an organized approach that makes me focus, lots of repetition, Spanish that is spoken in Latin America, a clear dashboard of my progress, and the ability to see exactly what I need to do the next time I log-in. Rocket Languages has all of that and more. To really learn you have to hit on all disciplines, writing, listening, speaking, and reading, and you will do that with every lesson. Some reviews will say the Rocket process is boring. I say it’s a lot of repetition and that’s exactly what I need. I can tell you my confidence in communicating in Spanish with others has increased immensely in the last 60 days.

Enjoyable.
Balanced speak/hear/read/write (tilted toward speak/hear).
Good interface.
Feels like a complete tool: I think I can learn to speak Spanish quite well using Rocket without other resources (except, of course, Spanish-speaking friends to talk to.)
The speaking feedback needs work: usually too loose (terrible pronunciation gets 100%) with a few phrases, especially ones with numbers, almost impossible to get 100% every time they come up.

(There is no N/A choice on the above ratings; I have no experience with customer service so I would choose N/A if I could)

This is a very interesting way to learn Spanish. I feel more proficient in the language, and my confidence is growing in conversations.

Something like "Doctor Mauricio" being part of the review for a lesson is really dumb. That is not a difficult thing to learn. And in the video/audio at the start of the lesson, why not go over estoy de vacaciones a little more. Like how to pronounce the word. That has been the hardest and longest word that has not been broken down in all of the lessons so far. I wasn't reading along and I had no idea there was a 'de' in the sentence.
