This program is great. I am a Chinese and I do speak English and Mandarin, but Spanish is something totally different. I hope this wonderful Spanish learning web site can help me learn fast so I can start communicate with my wife's family.
All in all, I think the program is great, I didn't use any customer service or any help from the site yet, so I cannot make any comment on that.

While I am still working on the first lessons, I have found that the ease of use, amount of material, and quality of the service has been satisfying and fun to use. I look forward to enhancing my language skills and this course will help me get there. Well worth the investment. Thank you.

I spent two semesters studying Spanish and could understand half of a conversation but I could not speak more than a few words. The interactive lessons helped me become more confident in speaking Spanish without becoming embarrassed in front of others when I messed up. It was just what I was looking for to help me progress in learning and speaking Spanish.

I love learning Spanish and this course is awesome for it! One problem is that I have a hard time finding time to go through an entire audio lesson since they are so long, so I haven't done many of them. Otherwise, it is really nice! To early to tell. I am working through the issues with using the software on a macbook pro with Chrome browser. Testing setup with iPhone headset. Built in microphone did not have a great user experience.

I highly recommend Rocket Spanish as an introductory Spanish course. I'm able to access all prior lessons and review lessons as needed. I like the format -- listening to a practical conversation, breaking down the conversation, repeating back the conversation, (even rating my pronunciation!), spelling out the phrases, and the quiz! This approach truly is the best way for me to learn. Like other reviewers, I have tried other Spanish language online courses, and none have come close to what I have learned so far. I am super satisfied, and I feel this course is well worth the money.

I purchased Rocket Languages Spanish and German over five years ago and did so because the program was rather inexpensive when compared to Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur which I have also purchased and enjoy. I do feel Rocket Languages is actually the better of the three programs and the reason I purchased two languages was because I can use Spanish everyday at work. I have a lot of patients who only speak Spanish and I have to rely on others to translate for me and I am getting tired of relying on them. I chose German because I used to live in Germany and tried to learn the language but everyone spoke English so I seldom had an opportunity to practice German. I will say I like the Spanish program better than the German one because Mauricio sends me weekly updates to encourage me to continue practicing with new phrases . I haven't heard from Paul in five years. Since Mauricio send me the updates I started thinking last week if I had just studied for 15 minutes a day these past five years I would probably be fluent enough to converse with my patients so I decided to reengage with rocket languages and see where the next five years finds me. I'm an English second language teacher, and I support this method of learning. Sure, they don't offer live conversation but with a little bit of initiative and skype that's easy enough to arrange! For the price, the amount of material and the seamless intergration with the mobile app this is a great course. Now it's just up to you!

Rocket Record is a great way for me to practice my pronunciation. Since I am more of an "understand it to learn it" type learner, I supplement Rocket Spanish with other sources of grammar, but those sources don't afford me the opportunity to listen-repeat-evaluate that Rocket Record does.

I appreciate that this program approaches the language through a fully integrated and well structured experience of it--through the various reading, speaking, listening, and writing modes--all consistently presented within each unit. I can work on the skills that I most need--or the ones I most enjoy--at any stage. I like both the comprehensiveness and the flexibility of the overall format of this program. Also, the entire production--including the spoken audio, the artwork and graphics, and the integration of technology--is professional-quality, state-of-the-art work, which greatly enriches the overall experience. It's a bit pricey for me to handle, given my budget (even with the substantial discount granted)--but it will be worth it. I am considering buying a second user license for my wife, so that we may learn Spanish together for our travels (and perhaps a new life) in the Andes.
