I love this site!! I'm currently learning Korean, and it's really helping me!! I just started using the site, and I've already learned so much!! It's awesome!! I totally recommend this! It's even great for beginners!!

I researched several programs before deciding on Rocket Japanese. After only a week I can have basic conversations and understand bits of conversations. I'm very excited to see where I am in a month. So far this has been a great experience and has really helped my understanding of the language.

I loved this! I'm only 12 and this was great! I've tried so many other websites yet none of them worked. (For me, anyway.) Using Rocket Languages helped me learn Korean even faster than I thought it would take me! I'd definitely recommend this to one of my friends.

2 months' before a 2 week trip to Italy - time to work on language skills. Rocket came recommended on some web sites, so I tried the free offer and then plunked down the money after working the free lesson. Try it, you'll like it!

I like the ability to go back to any lesson and review. The speech recognition (using Chrome browser and a microphone) is awesome.

The Rocket German course has been really enjoyable. It is a nice blend of conversational learning and basic vocabulary. The only improvement I see is to have more in the beginning to describe the different verb tenses with the different pronouns to start the foundation of learning, but you catch on to it with a lot of repetition. The one feature I really like is the voice recognition accuracy that allows you to perfect the pronunciation. A+ for that feature!

The system itself is very powerful and comprehensive. It would be really enjoyable.. if it worked.
The voice recognition software, which is the heart of the system, won't work most of the times.
At first I put it down to my bad pronunciation as I am using top-notch technology. As my pronunciation skills got better I could see no improvements. At this point I tried feeding the audio from the Rocket French app itself to my laptop through microphone. Incredibly enough IT WOULDN'T PICK IT UP or would show accuracy at 50-75%!
This is frustrating, because I am eager to learn but I lost my initial enthusiasm. Sometimes I get stuck to the same word for minutes with no 100% pronunciation accuracy.
For 263 euros I was expecting better software development.
Very disappointed.

The lessons are great and there helpful to learn the language. I really enjoy learning the language and I hope that people would go to this website to try for themselves. Dedicate their time to their lessons and studies to learn Korean or even different other languages.

I've definitely fallen in love with this program! It's so easy to follow and Kenny-san and Sayaka-san are awesome! I love how in depth they go into simple phrases and the hear it say it, quiz and write is, has been helping me remember the hiragana and the pronunciation of the words/phrases. I recommended my friend try this program and he's trying out the trial first but says he likes what he sees. A definite tip: practice, practice, practice. I like that they tell me to listen to the audio twice, but I'll make sure to go back to what I've already learned from time to time to not forget anything. I also love that they start with the previous lessons conversation and ask you if you remember certain key words. Amazing course, I love it!

I gave customer service 3 stars because I haven't interacted with them as of yet (I haven't needed to thank goodness), but when that changes I'll give my opinion then as well .

This is a revision to an earlier review I posted. Although I wasn't real impressed originally, I stayed with it because, well, I paid for it. Since then I have become more familiar with the RF system and have been able to get more out of it. The single most important value to me is the immediate playback of one's own voice which allows comparison with the native speaker and improvement of pronunciation. I still get frustrated when the voice recognition software stubbornly refuses to validate sometimes, even though my recording sounds just like the example, but I've learned to ignore it and move on. As one progresses, there is a lot to learn here and I'd rate
RF among the top three available language learning systems.

Also, this review page is very irritating because I cannot get rid of it or submit it. I cannot go into the lessons until i am able to do something with this page?????
200 character minimum is difficult when you have little to say because you are new to the program.
Perhaps you should consider making the review optional rather than compulsory so clients don't get caught up in your requirements for the review. This type of action on your part is the stuff that makes your program lose some of it's lustre. I hope not to see this type of sales activity by your company again.
