So far I have really enjoyed Rocket Languages. I feel that I have learned a lot already and I am very excited to finish the course. I fell that Rocket Languages is not only helping me learn the meaning of the words but also helping me remember what they mean.

My native language is Russian. I studied English at the institute, Finnish in various courses and on my own. I have used and still use both languages ​​at work. Spanish has been a dream of mine for many years after my vacation in Mexico. I started taking a fully paid Spanish course, but after the first lesson I stopped attending, as it turned out to be completely unsuitable for me. After that, I studied on my own and for 3 months on a paid course on the Internet. Now I have started taking this course and I am very pleased with the teaching methodology. How much time and effort I would have saved if I had studied English and Finnish using a method like Rocket Spanish !!! I hope that with the help of Rocket Spanish I will make my dream come true. I'm glad that I purchased Rocket Spanish, I went all through Rosetta Stone and found that Rocket Spanish is much more of what I need. I feel that Rocket Spanish teaches you what you need to be taught.

since i'm being asked to write a review every 2 seconds, which is interrupting my course i'll go ahead and do it now. there is way too much emphasis on speaking for such absolutely abhorent speech recognition. i already know a lot of beginner spanish as i'm living in colombia with my colombian girlfriend. even she couldn't get the voice recognition to register a word half the time.

also, there are just too many flashcards, spelling words, voice recognition parts after each story lesson. i just listened to a 20 minute audio file about how to say hello. then you continue on with flashcards and pronunciation that has absolutely nothing to do with the audio

Rocket Languages allows me to study at my own pace but also immerse myself in the culture and language. It also fits multiple learning styles and I love the new travelouges, I've already listened to the entire spanish one!

Very good way to learn. multiple steps that help you to remember the course materials. I would definitely recommend a friend to learn Spanish with here.

need to differentiate between things such as where are you from having 3 different options. It counts it wrong if you use a correct one but it's not what that "where are you from" wanted

I'm on round 2 with Rocket languages. First was German, now it's Spanish. I find this method so easy to use and the learning lessons are really drilled in effortlessly. Customer service is great too, they do get back to you if you have problems of any kind.

I am well pleased with the first few lessons, although I am still finding my way around. I am 68 years old and am studying Spanish to keep my mind active and look forward to the challenges ahead. On occasion, I meet interesting people who speak Spanish, but are limited in English and I would like to communicate with them.

I don't want to write a review at this time because I'm having difficulty taking the course because of technical issues.
I am in the present in contact with technical support to resolve my issue. My issue is this: When I hear a Spanish word or phrase that I am to repeat using the little mike icon, it doesn't give me near enough time to complete the word before cutting out. So, the other icon comes up and say "please try again". I am very frustrated with this issue. I hope technical support can fix this.
This issue just started up this week. Otherwise, I really like the course overall, and plan to continue as soon as my issue is fixed.
