I'm very happy with it thus far. Rocket French gives you a short podcast-type recording and follows it up with quizzes on what you just learned. The quiz types are varied too including pronunciation exercises, writing, and flashcards, which keeps it engaging and helps retention. I was able to get a decent discount from an affiliate also (still more expensive than other) but definitely well worth the price.
I also put 5 starts for customer service, but haven't had to interact with them at all at this point, though I wouldn't be concerned given how well organized everything seems to be.
It is interactive how the lessons go. Unfortunately, it is at least to say "expensive".

Thanks so much for your review, Bruno. While our courses might seem expensive, we do give learners lifetime access, which means that you can take all the time you need to finish the course - even if you take a 2 year break, your account remains active, and you will be able to log in again whenever you are ready. We also feel that our courses are thorough, and really teach you the language, rather than just some random phrases that aren't useful in real life situations. Our grammar lessons help our learners understand the language they are learning, and we include lots of reinforcement to help it all sink in. Finally, for those who find a one-off payment a little daunting, we offer a 6-month payment plan. I hope that helps! All the best with your language learning.
This is literally what i need, as an spanish speaker i last like 5-6 years on school learning B1-B2 english level but here I'm sure that i will reach that same level (french) on less time. Merci!
I am a visual learner,
so I need a visual phentic interpretation of the language
before I can pronounce it.
Unfortunatly,
Rocket Language only does this to my pronuncation attempt.

Thanks for your review, Phillip. All French words and phrases included in the course are accompanied by both written French, and by English translations, as well as audio to tune your ear to French pronunciation. Our podcast-style audio lessons are fully transcribed. Unfortunately, we don't provide a phonetic interpretation of the language, but the following two lessons help learners recognize the sounds that each letter or accents make: "Alphabet and Pronunciation"; "
Important Pronunciation Tips". I hope that helps! All the best with your language learning.
Pros:
+good quality audio and content
+many different exercises to practice
+audio recognition exercises
+daily rank is very motivating
Cons:
-pricing is high due to exchange rate (PLN/USD)
-Mobile app UI (android) is not well designed (too small icons; far away buttons; a lot empty space; hand becomes quickly tiered from jumping from record icon to easy/medium/hard button)
-a little too much English in recordings
Ideas:
-bigger buttons; small mobile app redesign
-access to recording transcript (more than just one sentence at a time)
-accumulation of all flashcards and other exercise into one big place to exercise what I already should know;

Thanks so much for your feedback, Kris. We will pass this on to our developer team for their consideration. All the best with your language learning!
I love rocket french, it is easy to work with and you will understand the language of your choice in a way that you will enjoy learning.
Incredible!!!So much better than the other courses that i made along my life.
Amazing course.
I am learning really fast with this method. It is a 5-star-worth-course.
Just starting to test the waters with Rocket French. Can't really say much yet since it's too early, but I keep noticing that the speech recognition isn't working accurately. My voice is either not getting recognized or if I deliberately mispronounce I get 100%. That's a bit of a downer. Considering the cost of this course, I'd expect it to work without issues.

Hi Richard, thanks so much for your review. We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the voice recognition. Please contact our customer support team for help at [email protected]. All the best with your language learning!
I love the app, let me tell you, it is not easy but it will challenge you every step of the way! Take your time. I have been learning French since the beginning of 2020. I have been all over the place. I have used Pimsleur, Assimil, and Rockect language is by far the best for me! I am a native speaker of Español, and Fluent in English (40+ yrs) I understand Italian, Portuguese and French. But have decided to actually study French. I watch TV shows, movies, and listen to music all in French. My iPhone and computer's language is also French! I do a 30 minutes lesson and take notes and practice vocabulary that I find challenging. But over all a lot of fun, I feel more confident now. Oh and I also record a 1 to 3 minutes video talking about my day, food, work, going to the gym etc! The bottom line is you have to make it fun!
