This is the best inspiration apps to learn all Japanese cultural and language by myself. Many thanks to Sayaka-san and Rocket JP team for the most useful tools on this web. I was premium member of this packages, that I can come back to practices and improve my language skill anytime I want. So, that's great to me every time I launch to Rocket Languages .

This is a great product. I didn't use it for months and months and didn't expire, I just went in where I left off. It has a really good self testing facility. All the important phrases are covered right from the beginning. Writing is also covered right from the beginning which I believe is really important and not available in lots of other learning packages. I have learnt heaps in no time flat and despite being rather lazy.

I am learning French. The program is good but far from perfect. There are problems with voice recognition. Level 1, Chapter 5 has a summary test that tests words that have never been introduced. Who proofs this stuff? One new word, 'manquer', translation "miss". What kind of miss? The "stories" are usually 25 minutes long and of little value. Customer support? Virtually nonexistent. During weekday normal hours there is a help desk, when you complain about something she will refer to IT department. IT department has a perfect record of never getting back to me so I quit writing notes to improve the course. The French course is good but could be much better if Rocket had interest in improving.

The lessons are good, but I'm finding the speaking exercises very frustrating. The voice recognition does not work very well. The exercises require repeating over and over because the voice recognition is so poor. I'm not saying my pronunciation is great or anything, but it isn't as bad as the software shows. It slows down the lesson and makes it a drag.

Their customer service is awesome, I made a mistake on my purchase and they quickly resolved the issue! Awesome customer service! Their program is very content rich, I am excited to dig in and learn Spanish!

Great structured course. Repetitive and so far good for complete beginners.

I purchased several levels of Rocket French last year. The interactive lessons are very helpful and very easy to use once you get all the settings right. Now I have purchased Rocket German. I expect German to be much harder, but I have high hopes! I appreciate the prompt customer service, and the emails remind me to stick with my lessons.

Excellent course. Highly recommended! I tried many other sources: from books to online lessons only to come back to Rocket Japanese - the best!

Amazing lessons, it feels like I'm in my high school French class again! They are so easy to learn and the step-by-step method is incredible to help perfect pronunciation! I'm currently on Level 1 but I plan to finish all levels and I am confident I will learn everything I need from Rocket Languages!
