The program keeps locking up on me. I am frustrated. Halfway through the pronunciation part I click the red microphone icon for the current word and it doesn't respond. And at that point I can't get the program to do anything. I have no opinion on the Customer Service as I haven't used it yet.

So far I am satisfied with the course, the price seemed steep for only one language but so far I am liking it. We will see about customer service when or if I need it.
I believe I would recommend it a friend so far.

I've recently embarked on my journey to learn French with Rocket French, and I must say, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience thus far. As someone who hopes to move to Paris permanently in a few years, and who has always been fascinated by the French language and culture, I was eager to find a course that could help me achieve proficiency while fitting into my busy schedule. Rocket French has exceeded my expectations on all fronts.
One of the aspects I appreciate most about Rocket French is its interactive and engaging approach to learning. The course is designed in such a way that it keeps me motivated and excited to continue progressing. The combination of audio lessons, interactive exercises, and reinforcement activities ensures that I am constantly challenged and actively participating in my own learning journey.
The audio lessons, in particular, have been instrumental in helping me develop my listening and speaking skills. The clear and natural dialogue presented in each lesson makes it easy to follow along and practice pronunciation. The accompanying transcripts and translations further enhance comprehension and reinforce vocabulary acquisition.

The idea of the course is super good, but the audio lessons are too lengthy, I wish there would be an "essential parts" audio clip where the dialog is played back, as well as the language rules of the lesson. That would motivate me more to repeat the audio lessons, as well it would be amazing to have the transcripts of the audio files available for download.

1, Right now teaching & understanding grammar is weak in the program
2. Need to progress further to decide if I'll buy again
3. decent price when discounted
4. I would explain what I understand of the program at this point.
5. Help with browser recording process almost useless.
"Take Italy Made Easy" (Manu's) videos and couple it with these structured exercises and you'd have a much stronger program.

We would like to clarify that grammar lessons are referred to as Language and Culture Lessons in our course and are separate from our Audio lessons. We hope this clears up any confusion. This program is broken up well and the lessons are well structured. Between speaking, writing, and the flash cards my memorization has been dramatically better than I expected it would be. I'm only a couple modules deep but I'm looking forward to continuing. The best advice I can give is: You get out of it what you put in. I myself have taken the vocabulary that I've learned from the modules and formed my own sentences and that application helps tremendously in conjuction with the lessons.
