Rocket Languages review criteria
I haven't used Customer Service, so I really can't rate that yet. However, with regard to the course experience, it's truly been fantastic so far. It incorporates so many elements of an organic, language learning experience and has been the most effective in terms of retention AND motivation for me. It keeps me engaged and wanting to try harder and perfect everything, and I can tell when I make real progress. The speech recognition has been a little inconsistent at times; I once recorded "Sayaka-san" and played it back and it still didn't mark it as correct. *lol* But it is an excellent feature overall. I feel safe using Rocket Japanese in that I don't worry that my voiceprint is being captured and retained and used to build a profile on me to market to business partners, etc. That's been one of the most crucial elements keeping me engaged; I feel I can trust Rocket Japanese with my information and privacy.

I love this SO SO MUCH I love Korea and this helps me speck Korean so so well I feel like I can say all the words but I cant.......yet I just practicing that's all you should get this so so so good app!

I have wished to learn Russian for four years. But the online courses I have found were impractical, boring, often irrelevant, and most importantly, lacked instant feedback. I discovered Russian Rocket and IMMEDIATELY FELT I was learning Russian. The design of the course makes it the very best in my opinion. I only wish I had discovered Rocket Russian (or any other language) with this system. THANK YOU to ALL. Now my dream is finially coming true.

The course is easy to follow.
Explaining the meanings and the pronunciations of the words were very beneficial to me as a non-Spanish speaker.
