When I realized not every module had a audio portion I was kinda disappointed. I primarily wanted this as a audio course, and although there are many audio modules it's not every lesson. I am only 3 days in but it seems like a decent course though. Each module seems to throw vocab at you, but also some example sentences so it's nice.

We strive to provide our learners with multiple ways to learn a language to accommodate for everyone's language-learning needs. Despite having studied Italian for years, I am still uncomfortable trying to actually speak the language. With Rocket lessons I have gone back to the beginning and am nicely closing up some of the holes in my knowledge of the language. I am hoping to soon become more at ease with with Italian and more willing to actually test the skills that I am clearly acquiring with my Rocket Languages course.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this. We have passed this onto the team for them to take a look at.
Rocket French is an excellent product. My greatest struggle (to date) is understanding spoken French. Rocket French does a much better job with this than other platforms. I also really like the lifetime ownership.
Something to improve is the voice recognition. It doesn't work all that well, and is often frustrating. Other than that, great product.

It's great to hear that you are enjoying the course so far. All the best with you German!
No customer service line, no prompt response to messages. Write it section should be expanded. No mention of punctuation or how to apply such. Useless, in my view, without more help. Pimsleur does a better job of making reviewing a lesson(s) possible. I gave high marks on the satisfaction score because I like the way several parts of the module are taught, better than Pimsleur, I think. Price was also great. I think Pimsleur is too expensive, but their customer service is much, much better than Rocket.

I like because is gratis, mi primera leccion ha sido grandiosa.
Me gusta la plataforma es muy amigable y se entiende muy bien
I have been having much more success with this as compared to something like Duolingo and it isn't nearly as expensive as something like Talk to Me in Korean. Plus, Kelly, Sujeon, and Taewoo are all very engaging and work hard to make sure that everything they are saying is understood.
I would say the only sticking point I have is that some of the phrases we're expected to learn take a sharp turn into being very difficult both in pronunciation and just memory. I recognize that that is just part and parcel when it comes to learning this kind of stuff - but it's pretty frustrating when I go from learning things like "Annyeonghaseyo" to trying to memorize a phrase about serving in the Korean military.
I don't think it's bad to include them in the lessons, but making them part of core vocab just throws me off sometimes. Like, let me finish the basics first, you know?
