The voice recognition is terrible and only works intermittently before giving me the "Looks like speech recognition is currently busy. Please try again" message. Customer "service" tells me to do what I'm already doing (use Chrome browser, fast internet etc.). They acknowledge that their voice recognition doesn't always work and advise me to "skip" those parts. Skipping isn't a solution to the problem! I used Rocket before for German and it was very good. Now I just want to skip this program completely and get a refund.

While we strive to provide you with state-of-the-art technology, we do understand that it can make errors at times. If the voice recognition detects phrases poorly, we suggest skipping over them because this will ensure that the language learning process is not disrupted. I really like the mix of exercises for each lesson. I am hoping to get to more phrases soon rather than single words. I would like to be able to do some longer quizzes. that represent a few lessons at a time. But good so far.

If you are looking for longer quizzes you could check out the "Module Certification Tests" in the "Tools" section. These are short tests that reflect the content of each module. It's great being able to be part of a conversation, I have learnt many phrases and words. Also speaking helps with pronunciation.

lessons are slo paced that what I need, and I like in some sessions the ability to slow down the speech so you can pick up the nuances, I also like the way with a single tap you can hear words over if you are having difficulties

Great course focusing on speaking (vs writing). IMHO, too much emphasis on grammer....but overall, a great learning experience.

I have been highly satisfied so far.
The lessons are very thorough and set up for different learning styles. The voice recognition is strong with few exceptions. The content is massive.
The fixed price is a lot higher than the monthly prices charged by other language learning programs, but that price gets you everything at once and permanently for learning at your own pace. There are hundreds of hours of content that easily justify the cost and if you stick with it, Rocket Language will be cheaper after a few years than the monthly service.

Rocket Korea is really good and it helped me a lot also lots of people think i'm weird because I'm black I'm from Louisiana but I know your skin color doesn't matter its your personality that matters but anyways Rocket Korea is amazing.

The program keeps locking up on me. I am frustrated. Halfway through the pronunciation part I click the red microphone icon for the current word and it doesn't respond. And at that point I can't get the program to do anything. I have no opinion on the Customer Service as I haven't used it yet.
