The Rocket folks have the ability to spread their enthusiasm! I think they really love what they do..... their product is proof. The Rocket system is affordable and easy to use but best of all, it has quickly improved my Spanish.

Great online Spanish program. It is very helpful in pronunciation and provides opportunities to get things correct. Love the flash cards.
I love Rocket Spanish - I feel like I can speak the language quickly and even received compliments while just on the first few lessons - told someone in Spanish that I was learning and they said that I spoke very well and clear - I'm so excited to continue!
I love how the lessons are set up to repeat the vocabulary and reinforce understanding. The multiple methods of teaching allow the learner to hear, speak, and write the words and phrases in the lessons. Great!
Took the Spanish course in preparation for a trip to Spain. I felt that the dialogues were much more useful than any other product I could find, the format and practice areas were good. I also enjoyed the conversations and felt the speakers were clear and very understandable. Am planning on purchasing Italian next.
Rocket Spanish has been great to use. I especially like the constant addition of new learning tools. This gives me additional motivation to go back and review sections that I initially completed a year ago.
why are there at least 60 vocab words for every single lesson. how am I supposed to do this

We know this may seem overwhelming at first, but the ethos of Rocket is to ensure you have all the information you need to fully comprehend the lesson in one place. The key is to break down the activities and lesson content into manageable chunks so you can truly retain what you're learning without getting bogged down by excessive information. It would be nice to interact with someone every now and again. Some lessons audio are a bit too long (25 min) and I think would be better to break them up or have videos instead of audio only. Overall, I am pleased of the format and would like more variety. Longer quizzes might also be improved with variety of testing methods.

Rocket Languages should be the first name, and the only name, in the world of learning languages. Ease of use creates an environment where it becomes fun to learn. Being bilingual should be in everybody's repertoire.
I am early on in the lessons but, already having "un poco" Spanish, I am finding the lessons to be of not a lot of use, so far. I am hoping that will improve as I progress through them. However, I must say that the speech recognition facility is woeful!
I am unable to rate "Customer Service" as I haven't had any.
