Shame on you Rocket Languages!
There has been some improvement but your system still keeps freezing, not transmitting your words and not recording mine. The little bars that wiggle and show the microphone is live freeze, i.e. stop wiggling, on almost every attempt. My playback does once again contain many more words than you are recording. Why?
I have been trying to work through 11.1 at the Doctor’s and 11.2 Making a Complaint. If you were a person and not a robot you would understand the humour in that last one.
Is it because you are a robot that you never answer my questions? You just let some time go by then tell me it’s all fixed when it isn’t. This is not online help - it’s a farce.
I do believe that you have some marvellous learning material but you are completely let down by the technical side and your lackadaisical customer service. Once upon a time you had some good lessons that I could access. Now I believe I cannot learn anything and my French speaking is actually getting worse as a result of having to keep endlessly repeating myself and hurrying before you cut me off. Your system is all up the creek and you can’t fix it.

I bought Rocket Languages to learn Italian. I have found it an excellent resource especially with the microphone and pronunciation rating. With my Aussie accent the program makes me more aware of the way I need to speak for a 100% score on my speech.

The program is extensive and now that I am back from my Italian Holiday I look forward to learning more ready for next years trip. I love ❤️

This course is fabulous, I have tried several other courses before. I even tried HSK, but none of then helped me out as Rocket language. I work every day on the computer so it was difficult for me to get back on the computer for my Chinese courses. But with Rocket language I am able to stick to my plan. The content is great and it does not bore you down, it makes you to keep going and moving to the next lessons. I recommend this course to anybody who really wants to learn real life every day Chinese communication, to acquire the language.
I wish I have had known about this course a year ago.

I've been struggling to find the time to learn Italian for ages, then with a trip planned, I needed to learn it faster. Rocket Italian has been great for just that; my conversational Italian has improved enormously and with the culture and explanation sections i now understand how the language works much better!

I've been using the program for over a year studying Italian and I love it. The new 2021 Edition is fantastic, and I'm enjoying going through the updated lessons. Now back to work...

I love Rocket Languages because it takes you step by step in learning any language even though you don't speak it at all. The teachers explain everything so clearly that I didn't need any support in the forums (which is a very helpful resource). I recommend Rocket Languages without any doubt.

I have used other software for learning languages rosetta stone and Ouino But I must say that this program is much better. The program starts by learning simple phrases, so you can start talking right away

I love that Rocket French is interactive and user-friendly! It's also great to be able to download the audio onto my phone for on-the-go learning. I bought the ongoing membership and love that it includes so much French cultural lessons, grammar as well as basic conversation. It has supplemented my regular French lessons and helps keep me fluent as well as build up my vocabulary. I recommend it to all my friends who are are looking to learn a language and am now considering signing up for the Sign Language course. The price can't be beat compared to Rosetta Stone or even a regular French course. Satisfied customer! Merci beaucoup!

Before our last trip to Italy we purchased Rosetta Stone, lost interest after about a month and didn't learn as much as we had hoped. We are going back this year, so I decided to try another program. Someone suggested Pimsleur, so I got a trial edition and quickly realized I would pretty much wind up illiterate but be able to speak some Italian. This may be all some people are looking for which is fine, but I wanted to be able to read and write also.

After Googling Italian Language I found Rocket Italian, the reviews were great so I tried it. Rocket Italian has the best overall lessons that I've seen. They start out easy so you have some early success, then get progressively longer and harder. You can repeat as much as you'd like depending on how anal you are at getting everything right (that would be me) or move forward as fast as you want. I have a long commute each day, so I downloaded all the lessons to my Ipod and listen to them on my way to and from work.

I subscribed to the RAI channel as a means keeping track of progress. At first it seemed as though native Italians speak so fast I couldn't tell when one word ended and the next started, they appeared just be making noises, lol.
